We enrolled our daughter in the Corner Cottage day care when she was two months old. It was an outstanding facility. The teachers were very loving and attentive. We recently moved our daughter to a facility we thought might work better for her after we disagreed with the school's decision not to promote her to the next class (where they moved her friends she'd grown very attached to). However, it has become apparent what we lost. She's been unhappy in her new school. After her teachers were kind enough to call and inquire about her and tell us how much they missed her, it made us reconsider moving her back. My only recommendation to parents is that they stay very involved and ask questions. I don't feel and haven't felt that they purposefully changed her class without consulting us. At the end of the day, we, too, have a responsibility as parents to be very involved in our child's eduction. I believe WRNS promotes that and I agree with another post that new management has greatly improved the school's organization. I think we just got caught in a bit of that transition. We're looking forward to re-enrolling her in the school.

We had a bad experience here at WRNS. I ended up pulling my daughter out because I felt that she was not being properly supervised and cared for...she was 3. Everyone that I had talked too love this place, but it didn't work for us.

My children attended from ages 2-5. They have received an excellent education and were reading when they started kindergarten. They loved learning to swim and roller skate at the school. The teachers are loving, but they provide the structure that kids need. Recent management changes at the school have led to a lot more organization.

We have had both our children in the school since 18 months through age 4 and have had a wonderful experience. The children really learn a lot while having fun. There is a skating rink, pool, horse, playground, library and a music teacher. The school goes up to sixth grade and starts with babies at six weeks. I completely trust the school with my children. It has been family owned since the beginning in the 1970's.
