1 star is really being too kind. The owner of this store has zero customer service skills. My wife and I had two issues with the owner. First, a scheduling error with a makeup lesson that was scheduled well in advance. We understand scheduling errors, but the owner insisted that we had "missed our appointment and he still had to pay the instructor" and there was no chance that HE made a mistake. The second issue was similar in that we were going to be out of town on the day that next month's payment was going to be due. We made arrangements to come by the store after we got back in town to pay for next month's lessons. Upon returning to town and going to the store to make my payment, as agreed, I was informed that our son's regular day and time slot had been given to someone else. My wife called the store and asked the owner why no one had called us before they gave our regular time slot to someone else and the owner's response was, "I have 122 customers do you expect me to call all of them". My sister and her son had similar scheduling issues and with the owner being rude. It must be nice not to need or want customers. I have never seen the owner in a friendly mood. His attitude is like he's mad at the world and it's everyone's fault but his.

I witnessed the owner of this store actually yell at a two year old child and her father because the toddler picked up a $2 recorder a blew into it. If it was such a big issue the store should keep those items behind the counter or just charge the guy the $2 bucks...who knows, maybe he was going to buy it anyway, but the jerk of an owner yelled at them and threw them out before they even had a chance to say what they came in for! Don't shop at this place, you might get reprimanded for touching the merchandise!
