Wigwam Dental Care

I have been going to Wigwam Dental (corner of Wigwam and Pecos) for the past 15 years. It has been a ?love/hate? relationship for me. (A trip to any dentist is not a fun trip, right?)The times I have had any doubt about them and I have had a second opinion and they have proven to be looking out for my best interest. Their willingness to accept criticism for the waiting, some time back, by correcting their scheduling was a big plus. Their staff is very courteous and the whole team is very professional. I would certainly recommend them?.

Friendly, Professional, Reasonable, & Simply the Best!!!I am a senior citizen with special needs and lots of dental work over my life since childhood. With a long history of civilian & military work, I would have to say this group of folks are the nicest, most caring, most reliable, most professional, Listening and overall finest dentist I have ever had in my life. Tell them "Big John" sent you!

I can't believe how I was treated upon checkout. The office manager has zero people skills!!! RUDE AND PUSHY!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Sad how one person ruins it for the rest of the staff.....

The staff here is extremely rude. From the hygienist to the office staff. Every visit I have had here the hygienist was very rough on my mouth as she laughed and visited with her co-workers and all they try to do is sell you on something you don't even need. The office staff is extremely unhelpful and very rude. My boyfriend and my mother went here and both said the same thing. I advise you all to go else where!

My daughter needed fillings when she went in Jan to see the dentist. We scheduled an appt for Feb. When the receptionist called to confirm her appt. she asked me "We are doing the white fillings, right?" Well, I thought that sounded like a good idea, afterall her teeth are white. She presented it to me as if I had an option, not that it was an extra charge. When I went to pick her up they said there will be a charge of $225. I was floored. It was never explained to me that white fillings were not covered under insurance. I contacted Christina the office manager and she was extremely rudecalled me a liar and said I was calling everyone a liar at that office because she said she explained to me the difference in cost. Obviously not, why would I pay $225 over $0 for white fillings on back teeth? She was extremely rude and kept talking over me; wouldn't listen to me or my wife. What a horrible experience. I was given the consent form after the procedure, that's how I found out there was a charge. None of this info was upfront. If you are currently going to Wigwam dental, run don't walk away from this place....
