Such a great place! You can get really up close to the animals & the staff is friendly, helpful and seem to like their jobs! May be hard for someone who can't walk well, paths are sometimes rocky.

Love the bird exhibits where you have the opportunity to be in with them. The platform where you can see and feed the giraffes is unique and fun. At this zoo you can see the animals. A few indoor exhibits but mostly outside so plan accordingly. Nice tram ride throughout the park.

If you are planning a field trip or are looking for something to do with your kids on a Sunday afternoon, this zoo is for you! Typically, less crowded than the Phoenix Zoo, WWZoo offers intimate experiences with the exotic animals of the Sahara and other deserts around the world. Some of my favorite things to do are feed the giraffes and take a ride over the park in the Skyride.

Although this may zoo may seen like the 'little sister' to the Phoenix Zoo - it is a great smaller zoo - with fun exhibits for the family - and a more natural setting for the animals. My favorite spots to visit was the bird area - where we could actually feed the birds, and have them sit on our shoulders and arms. I am always a big fan of the petting zoos that allow the kids to get close to the animals. A definate must see for everyone.

I love taking our son here. Unlike other zoos, this one allows you to get close to the animals. Kids can feed the birds, giraffes, and ducks. The boat and train ride do cost extra $$ in addition to the entrance fee.

No need to take your little ones to the zoo when you have this great place nearby! Unique animals and a while alligator make it worthwhile! Very fun. Must bring cash!

It is nice to be able to see the animals, but many of them are in cages. The tickets are rather expensive. I would only go if you had a coupon. The food was way too expensive.

I never get tired of this place. It's fun everytime we go. The best time we have is during Christmas when the lights go up. Plus you always see an animal. (They aren't hiding)
