I have been patronizing Wilkinson Tire Center for over 15 years and whenever they have given me a quote for service, the actual bill has always been less than or equal to what they quoted and never over. When they felt that a specialized service dealer was warranted for a problem that seemed to be eluding them, they were quick to recommend that I take that route, rather than charging me by the hour to continue trying to figure it out. They have always been accomodating to me and my schedule, including taking me home and picking me up after my vehicle was serviced (I live a couple of miles away). Every time I go there, I always see other repeat customers and I know they are repeat customers because of their dialogue and the obvious rapport between them and the staff. A piece of advice: Get there between 7:30 and 8:00AM, if you want them to get right on your vehicle while you wait. They fill their day very quickly, as they have a large and loyal following of customers, like myself. It's hard to find both competent and honest auto mechanics in this day and age, but Wilkinson Tire Center is a rare gem in Tucker, Georgia. I trust them completely.

In the past, I would agree with the other comments. In May 2010, I took my car in for a noise when turning. Wilkinson checked the car & said the noise was the brakes and rotors which would cost around $400. This did not sound right and I took the car to another shop. They found that the noise was caused by low power steering fluid and topped it off. Problem fixed.

You may find better prices somewhere else, but Wilkinson will always do the job better. They stand behind their work, very honest, and good people. They are incredible with tires and alignment. Been using them for over 10 years. They are the best.

This place is great- if you are looking for a reliable "home town" garage, this is your best bet if you are out near Tucker.I've taken my car there three times for misc. repairs and they always deliver. They don't try to add on services and drive up the price. The staff are mature professionals, not fresh off the street jiffy lube rejects... They advertise as a tire serive but they are a full service garage. Prices are a tad bit higher than some places but you get better service, I think. Plus you know they are going to be there next week.

This is a great family-owned tire store in the center of Tucker, GA. I have had all my tires and light mechanical work done here between 2003-2008, and they know me by name. They are honest and never perform unnecessary work. They do not have the lowest tire prices in Atlanta, but reliablity and trustworthiness means a lot. These guys will earn your repeat business!

These guys are honest, hardworking and will go the extra mile to fix your car. I really trust them. They are a throwback to the days when you had someone to take care of your car that you knew forever and could always trust. No big corporation, no dealership fees, no trying to find something wrong so they can charge you. The prices are good and they are very nice.
