This dealership is highly unprofessional. My request for a break down of the total costs associated with the sale of a vehicle not only went unanswered but was met with a large degree of obfuscation. Their staff demonstrated an inability to communicate clearly and understand the nature of the information being ask of them. Their staff suffers largely from an inability to pronounce consonants. They're very condescending and way to quick to anger. Sadly, according to many similar "Yelp" Reviews they clearly don't care. Steer clear of this Dealership!!! Sean W.

Purchased a used car from Willett Honda. Transmission started slipping shortly after purchase. Salesman said he would have re-built transmission installed, but instead installed a used/low-mileage transmission that is now slipping. I feel duped and will never patronize Willett again!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE WITHOUT YOUR LAWYER PRESENT!!!! I stopped by the dealership for my usual oil change on my 2003 Honda Civic (which I had bought there 8 years ago when they were Honda South). Long story short I ended up buying a 2005 Lexus IS 300. I called the dealership later that same day to say I was dis-satisfied with the purchase and they said there was NOTHING they could do. I now have a 2005 Lexus with over $10,000 in negative equity (because I found out that the car was marked up over 50% when it was sold to me. Thanks guys for treating a lady just right. Please shop there with your lawyer on speed dial.

I would like to start off by stating that I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that I know. I purchased my car from Willett Honda about 3 weeks ago. I love the car that I purchased but I would not trust the dealers or the management. When I found the car that I wanted at the dealership, the air pressure light was on in the car. It was determined that one of my tires needed air, so the dealer took the car to the back and put air in the tire. A few weeks later, the air pressure light came back on. I took it to Firestone to get air put in the tire and they stated that there was a nail in the side wall of the same tire. Long story short, I called Willett Honda and they said that even though they remember that the air pressure light was on when I bought the car, they could not do anything because I had been driving the car for a couple of weeks. They claimed that there was no way that they could verify that the nail was in the tire when they sold it to me. As a side note, always do your research when buying a car. Willett Honda tried to sell me my car for a couple of thousands of dollars higher than the price of the car online. Don't trust car dealers. Do your research. That is all.

Please spare yourself the misery. Willett Honda doesn't not have a 3 day cooling off period in their contract. I repeat they don't have a 3 day cooling off period, like other dealerships. Your salesman will be at lunch if you need help with the contract. Jordan will change the price of the car that you want. They will increase the vehicle cost and down payment so your monthly payments will be the same. Buying a car there is the worst mistake in my entire life. Your salesman will have you drive to the stop sign, IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING, turn back into the parking lot. This is TAKING POSSESSION. You will only maybe one inch in front of the business in the TURNING LANE BACK INTO THEIR PARKING LOT, no more then 20 feet. What business has a a STOP SIGN ON IT'S PROPERTY? Jordan makes sure that you take the key. Oh yell, their used cars have no pricing. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE CRYING LIKE ME.

I called this Honda dealership about a used toyota camry they had advertised and spoke to Keith (KO-sales manager). I told him that I wanted to spend $8K on a used Toyota Camry. They told me that they were unable to discount the advertised camry down to $8K but had another one that is in service and is being cleaned up. It was a 2005 Camry with 80,000 miles for $8K. I got to the dealership within 45 minutes of the conversation and when I got there they said that Keith has gone to lunch and will not be back for TWO hours. They gave me another sales person and when I told him about the Camry that Keith told me about he said that the car has been sold (all within 45 minutes of the phone conversation). They then tried to show me a 2006 camry with 80,000 with a $16,995 sign on the window and said they would sell me that camry for $12,995. I told them that car with only worth $9-10K on kbb.com. When I asked to see camry for $8K, they wouldn't say anything and kept saying that the car is sold (although I know it takes 1-2 hours to do paperwork on a car). I just wanted to see if the $8K car actually exist. After another crossed/eyed sales manager tried to aggressively get me to buy the 1 year newer camry for $12,995, I left. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I will not even take my honda to there service dept anymore. Hopefully they will end up like the crooked Bill Heard Chervolet in Union City and close down due to same crooked tactics.

The absoulute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. There was an add on Auto Trader for a car for about 8k. When we stopped in and asked about the car we were helped in a timely matter. The customer service after that was horrible... We waited 45 mins before they told me if we were approved or not, no one even stopped to ask if we were ok and it would take a min. Then we were approved for the loan but they kept trying to get me to look at something else. Then there were more issues. Apparently this was a "bait car" to get you in the door. They litterally told me after I was approved that the bank isn't going to be ok with the loan but for a car that was more expensive they will give a loan for. But I already was approved!!! Then came time for my trade in value on my car. They told me 3k. I still owed 6! So I took my car to Sons Honda and they offered 5! Absolute WORST experience at a dealer.

We took our honda to Willett for a diagnosis of a problem we were having. Long story short, they said there was a problem on both sides of the car. They quoted us a price of $482 (tax not included). We took the car to our usual mechanic and told him what Willett said. He checked it out and said only one side had a problem and quoted a price of $142 (if both sides needed repair it would have been $242). We called another mechanic just to compare and he told us $250 if both sides were to be fixed. Willett was double the price of the other two mechanics. And they lied about us needing both sides of the car repaired. We had to pay $100 for the diagnosis, but we will not take our car to them again. While we were in the waiting room at Willett an elderly woman was there complaining to the Service Rep that she had just brought her car in last month for brake repair and paid $300 and was having to bring it back again for the same problem. And, once again, they were quoting some ridiculous price to her. That was our cue to head for the hills. I believe they are dishonest and grossly overpriced. They may have been a good dealership to work with back in 2005, but they have clearly gone down the path of greed and dishonesty.

I walked in and had a great day of sales...got a new car and was happy. A month later, all I have gotten is lies and heartache from this place. Now I can't even enjoy owning my new vehicle. BBB is next to hear about this place...

I had problems with my air condition and every time I took my car to the service department they couldn't find the problem. I took the car back 4 times and they were unable to find the problem. They did not charge me for any of the visits. Finally I left it for 3 days until they found the problem. As a woman, I appreciated they did not just fix something and not the problem only to have me return with the same problem. Very honest service department...very rare.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and insulting sales/management department. I have also never been spoken to so rudely in my life. My husband and I went in to trade our cars for a CRV and could not believe what a horrible deal they tried to give us. Then when we stated the much better offer that had been made to us at another dealer, the so-called "floor manager" proceeded to raise his voice, accuse us of lying, try to argue, and treat us as if we were completely ignorant. He also stated that he could "beat us at poker," which I assume was his way of saying he could screw us over. I have never been spoken to in such a manner, especially from someone in sales, or a manager. I asked to speak to a manager above him, and this "manager" was almost as unprofessional, in his jeans/ white T-shirt/baseball cap, plus the fact that he seemed to not honestly care what I was saying. I would never by a car from this dealership no matter what deal they gave me. I am appalled that they have such unprofessional and rude people working at this dealership. NEVER BUY FROM WILLETT HONDA!!
