VERY RACIST!!
This dealership upper management is very RACIST. They accused me of trying to get "over on the system" due to their own mistake. On two seperate occasions they quoted me the wrong price. I demanded that they honor what they told me and they refused and placed the blame on me. The owner SCOTT WILLETT was the worst!! He was very condesending and insulting as well as other members of management such as the other racist GORDON WARREN. Please do not visit or buy from this dealership. Take your money somewhere else.

Please Stay Away
Please spare yourself the misery. Willett Honda doesn't not have a 3 day cooling off period in their contract. I repeat they don't have a 3 day cooling off period, like other dealerships. Your salesman will be at lunch if you need help with the contract. Jordan will change the price of the car that you want. They will increase the vehicle cost and down payment so your monthly payments will be the same.
Buying a car there is the worst mistake in my entire life.

Your salesman will have you drive to the stop sign, IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING, turn back into the parking lot. This is TAKING POSSESSION. You will only maybe one inch in front of the business in the TURNING LANE BACK INTO THEIR PARKING LOT, no more then 20 feet. What business has a a STOP SIGN ON IT'S PROPERTY? Jordan makes sure that you take the key.

Oh yell, their used cars have no pricing.

STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE CRYING LIKE ME.

Bait and Switch to most extreme
I called this Honda dealership about a used toyota camry they had advertised and spoke to Keith (KO-sales manager). I told him that I wanted to spend $8K on a used Toyota Camry. They told me that they were unable to discount the advertised camry down to $8K but had another one that is in service and is being cleaned up. It was a 2005 Camry with 80,000 miles for $8K. I got to the dealership within 45 minutes of the conversation and when I got there they said that Keith has gone to lunch and will not be back for TWO hours. They gave me another sales person and when I told him about the Camry that Keith told me about he said that the car has been sold (all within 45 minutes of the phone conversation). They then tried to show me a 2006 camry with 80,000 with a $16,995 sign on the window and said they would sell me that camry for $12,995. I told them that car with only worth $9-10K on kbb.com. When I asked to see camry for $8K, they wouldn't say anything and kept saying that the car is sold (although I know it takes 1-2 hours to do paperwork on a car). I just wanted to see if the $8K car actually exist. After another crossed/eyed sales manager tried to aggressively get me to buy the 1 year newer camry for $12,995, I left. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I will not even take my honda to there service dept anymore. Hopefully they will end up like the crooked Bill Heard Chervolet in Union City and close down due to same crooked tactics.

Absolutely Ridiculous!
The absoulute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. There was an add on Auto Trader for a car for about 8k. When we stopped in and asked about the car we were helped in a timely matter. The customer service after that was horrible We waited 45 mins before they told me if we were approved or not, no one even stopped to ask if we were ok and it would take a min. Then we were approved for the loan but they kept trying to get me to look at something else. Then there were more issues. Apparently this was a "bait car" to get you in the door. They litterally told me after I was approved that the bank isn't going to be ok with the loan but for a car that was more expensive they will give a loan for. But I already was approved!!! Then came time for my trade in value on my car. They told me 3k. I still owed 6! So I took my car to Sons Honda and they offered 5! Absolute WORST experience at a dealer.

Can't Trust 'Em
We took our honda to Willett for a diagnosis of a problem we were having. Long story short, they said there was a problem on both sides of the car. They quoted us a price of $482 (tax not included). We took the car to our usual mechanic and told him what Willett said. He checked it out and said only one side had a problem and quoted a price of $142 (if both sides needed repair it would have been $242). We called another mechanic just to compare and he told us $250 if both sides were to be fixed. Willett was double the price of the other two mechanics. And they lied about us needing both sides of the car repaired. We had to pay $100 for the diagnosis, but we will not take our car to them again. While we were in the waiting room at Willett an elderly woman was there complaining to the Service Rep that she had just brought her car in last month for brake repair and paid $300 and was having to bring it back again for the same problem. And, once again, they were quoting some ridiculous price to her. That was our cue to head for the hills. I believe they are dishonest and grossly overpriced. They may have been a good dealership to work with back in 2005, but they have clearly gone down the path of greed and dishonesty.
