In all the years I used them, only one client ever paid them directly. Why, because they are highly ineffective and reaching the people or getting a real message to them. When clients contact me about payment, WCG gives me the runaround or just ignores me when I try to get them to work with the client. They make me do all the work and pay them 20%. They can never get their bills right, even though they keep promising to fix their bills. Their billing errors are always in their favor. Horrible experience. And if you leave without paying that last erroneous bill, they will harrass you forever - no matter how many times you get them to agree to fix the bill. Horrible company.
