Willow Ash Roofing

Being that roof repair was a long term job, I held out making my review for 9 months to see if the quality of the job would hold up for a while. I can say, it did. Willow Ash Roofing not only provided a competitive bid, but also had a friendly contact man (Kiel)who stays with you through the process. Due to work, I was never home when the crew was at the house, but they did an excellent job and cleaned up most (honestly, with a job this messy, can you not expect to find a nail or part of a shingle every once in a while) of their mess. After 9 months, the roof still looks great and there are no issues whatsoever with the quality of the job. Thank you, Willow Ash Roofing.

We worked with Ryan for our roof repair. He responded immediately, assessed the problem and thoroughly explained the solution. Ryan was professional, diligent and courteous. I would happily recommend Willow Ash roofing.

Worked with Kiel Krausen who was exceptionally nice, HONEST, and provided excellent follow-up to make sure I was totally happy. I knew exactly what I would get for the money (type of shingles, felt, leak barrier material, etc.) since it was completely explained to me up front. Kiel was always readily available to me thru the entire process. Worked seamlessly with my insurance company and did not expect payment until I received monies from insurance. Roof looks GREAT and I have a 10-year labor warranty! I highly recommend Willow Ash and especially Kiel Krausen.

Came by on Nov. 12th and did part of repairs. Was told that rest would be done after they obtained rolled roofing. Billed credit card for complete job on Nov. 17th even though was not completed by Nov. 19th. I sent letter & email on Dec. 1st and gave them to Dec. 11th (one full month after they started) to complete. When I inspected on Dec. 14th it appeared that all work had been done. A little slow in doing what they agreed and a little high on cost.

Josh was great to work with! Was on-site with our insurance adjuster during the appraisal process. Work was done timely, with great quality, at a good price. Very happy!
