Wilserv installed foam into my attic and it caused serious moisture and CO problems. They did not evaluate my building envelope. We had to call the fire department because of our alarms going off. They detected carbon monoxide in our living area. Terrable company!

Had Wilserv install blown insulation in my attic. The person who came out to do the estimate did a very good job of thoroughly documenting what needed to be done, including making notes about special circumstances (wiring/lighting) the installers would need to avoid damaging. The savings were immediate and incredible - spent $2,000 on the insulation and this will easily pay for itself withi 12 - 18 months based on my lower heating bills. Very good service overall. Worth the money.

I hear about them on the Home fixit show and gave them a call. The quote for Icynene was way too high for me to justify so the sales guy suggested more blown in insulation for what seemed like a much better price. I got the hard sale with what will it take to have you sign up today. I called another local well respected company and they came out and quoted the same blown in insulation for 1/3 of the cost. I called to cancel Wilserv and the person I talked to didn't even care why I was canceling and couldn't be bothered taking my complaint. Take everything they say with a grain of salt and get other estimates.

Wilserv has been great! I had contacted Wilserv a few weeks ago, the sales rep that came out to my house was great. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything just felt great because of the knowledge of the products from the rep, in turn I did purchase the Icynene. The rep said that I would be contacted by the scheduler to set up a time and date. I was contacted the very next day and set up a date and time to have the product installed. However needed to change the date a few times Wilserv was great about accommodating me with times and dates of installation. The level of customer service I received from Wilserv was outstanding!!! Great staff - . Great Products - .

The positives...: Clean, courteous, prompt and excellent salesmanship. I would feel very comfortable working with Wilserv again and would recommend them with the certain caveats. ...The concerns: Icynene is not an inexpensive job. Even though the crew was clean and respectful, they left a little to be desired. They did not offer a walk-through when they were done. They got me after their equipment was put away in their truck, handed me the "job well done form" and said "please sign this." They should have escorted me on a walkthrough while their equipment was still handy. Second, they missed spots. I understand that with Icynene you are covering only outside walls and openings, but they missed several small spots. They did a poor removal of existing insulation, part of the scope of work, and simply attempted to spray over it. Now, a couple of days later, the Icynene appears to have pulled back in those areas and you can see the old scraps of insulation. There is one spot in a corner area that they completely skipped, and it is an outside wall. I assume they got in a hurry towards the end of the job and were more concerned with getting on their way than being thorough. Finally, there are a couple of pieces of paperwork required to claim tax credits and utility rebates after an Icynene installation. They did not come prepared with that paperwork, or the warranty paperwork, and I was required to call the main office and request it.

Let me begin by stating that we did not choose Wilserv. My only purpose in writing this review is to help others get the best product, and the best service, at the best price. We had 4 companies come by to give us quotes on insulating the attic and floors of our 1920's home, using various forms of Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Insulation with open-cell and closed-cell products. Our first concern when Wilserv showed up was their touting of a brand-name. Being engineers by schooling, , we wanted facts and numbers not BS and marketing propaganda. So when we finally got to look at the numbers, their Ice.... really had comparable numbers to the other 3 company's no-name open cell products and were inferior to the closed-cell. So right there, we knew we were paying for a brand. Next we asked them about closed-cell products, and if they used them. Do your research and you'll see that closed-cell products are superior in every form. They came up with some excuses and urban myths about how the product would rot your roofing. Don't buy into this. Next came the quote, and these comparables are just for the attic. Open Cell Wilserv - $5200 Company B - $2800 Company C - $3000 Company D - $3100 We explained our shock at the quote, at which he called his manager and they dropped the price to $4000. We ended up going with a closed cell product for $3200. Buyer beware, do your research, steer clear of Wilserv!

I recently had Icynene installed in my home last week, I have NEVER been more satisfied with the level of professionalism, respect and knowledge that Wilserv has displayed. From start to finish I was happy with the results of this purchase. Icynene has helped my energy problem that I had a few months ago, I called Wilserv and not a day later I had a rep out to my house and a quote provided. Impressive representation of the product and exceptional customer service will refer Wilserv to friends and family!

Wilserv was prompt, clean, friendly, and professional; they showed a very high level of professionalism. From the sales representative to the installers that came to my home. I was given a window and they hit it on the head. Wilserv insulated my attic and crawl space and I will be going back to them in the spring to have my windows replaced. Very impressed!!!!!!! Thanks again Wilserv Mike Barnhill

I recently had insulation blown into my attic. Though the sales rep was professional during the sale, it went downhill rapidly. They missed their appointment window by over 2 hours. It took 3 phone calls to them to get any information on when they would arrive. They left my hallway covered with insulation. It was my fault because did not have a broom for them to clean the floor. (House is empty, just moved in). Sales rep was arrogant when I called him to find out where the installers were. Finally got the job completed 4 hours after the window. Disappointed with the service.

I had them blow insulation into the existing exterior walls and install insulation into the walls of my new addition. Good price, very professional, cleaned up everything.

Last week Colonel Tom from Wilserv came by to evaluate our attic for Icynene Spray. As a civil engineer, his professional knowledge and competence far and away surpassed the 2 previous estimators. The price was very good and the wok was done within a week. My house is extremely more comfortable and my bills are much-much less. Tom and the crew were the most professional contractors I have ever used and would recommend Wilserv whole-heartedly and without reservation. We are very, very pleased. Thak you Wilserv!!!

I had Wilserv to my home to provide an estimate for attic insulation. The estimator spent at total of 15 minutes where others spent over an hour evaluating our needs. We expected an energy audit and got a quick back of the envelope estimate. The individual had no business cards and said they would follow up with an email with all the specifics which did not happen. Although he measured our squarefootage the lowest of all businesses, his pricing was the highest. It must be that special Johns Manville fiber they use. I was disappointed and hope others have a better experience.

I've been using several contractors on my home with mostly terrible results, but Tom at Wilserv was exceptionally professional and helpful. He didn't try to overprice the work or give "more" than I really needed. As a single mom, I really appreciated his genuine concerns for my budget. The workers were great and did the most professional job I couls expect and they did everything within 2 days of Tom's first visit. I would strongly recommend Wilserv over ANY contractor I've dealt with. GREAT JOB!!!
