I wanted Winder Farms to work for my family. Even after reading the bad reviews I still decided to give them a try. But for my 3 person family there was nothing positive about this company. Then when you try to cancel they use strong armed sales tactics to keep you paying for a service that provides you with no benefit. The food is poor quality and they continue to delivery and charge you for food you didn't order. IT'S NOT WORTH THE STRESS

I find their milk the best tasting in Las Vegas. even in the heat of summer it is always good, never spoiled, unlike the super markets here in Vegas. They even deliver the salt for my water softener, once less thing I need to luge home. if you are use to shopping at Whole Foods or other quality grocery stores you will find the prices comparable, and worth every penny.

I went through winder farms for the un-pasturized milk for my son. However after missing orders and still being charged for them and then finding out about the monthly fee after a couple months of deliveries I felt scammed. The sales guy that signed me up never mentioned these fees. I have had issues with them from the beginning from logging in to getting my order every week.

Thought I would try this, knowing I would not continue service. Got tricked into thinking I had to get a $10 order for the next week. When I accepted the second order, i got roped into a contract and had to pay $29 to cancel the service.

Please be VERY careful when getting involved with Winder. They do not hold true to their word, terrible customer service, orders filled incorrectly, the list goes on and on. They CHOOSE not to correct any problems that you may have with them and they bash you for complaining. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to ANYONE! EVER!

When I found out about Winder Farms I was very excited about the fact of getting fresh everyday items delivered right to my door. Unfortunately, Winder Farms has over promised and under delivered and my excitement has turned to diasppointment. They messed up on EVERY order I had. They did not get ONE order correct. Every week, I had to call Winder Farms for everyday items that I ordered that I did not receive. Then I had to go to the grocery store and pick up the item...which is the whole reason I got Winder Farms in the first place (to avoid trips to the store for everyday items). They were always unapologetic for the missed items. There are some products that deserve 5 stars, but other than that most of the products are average and some just mediocre. I would not recommend this service as it is more of a headache than what it is really worth.

Winder Farms food is GREAT! I love getting my milk and eggs fresh from the farm every week! You cannot get eggs like Winder Farms at ANY grocery store. Large eggs are really large. Every Thursday is like Christmas morning!!! This week I ordered the Local Farm Fresh Prodcue box for $15! I have been a Winder customer for over a year now and just love the service.

Completely out of integrity, as well as the food is not what I expected! Can get better and cheaper at the grocery store! I just had a very bad experience with them, even if my closest girlfriend told me about her disappoinment as well as her neighbor's bad experience, I still decided to give them a try and now completely regret it!! Just stay away or you will have the same experience and have to pay a 50$ cancelation fee if you don't reach 40 orders with them!!!!!

In the beginning we liked the convenience of home delivery - even though we had to pay $30 for the same cooler the company is giving to current customers. The quality of their food is no better than what we can buy for less at the grocery store (and we still have to go to the store). The weekly delivery charge - which you won't notice unless you look closely at your bill (the company doesn't inform you of it) makes their food even more expensive. If your order is near the $10 weekly minimum, it increases your bill by almost half. They make you call them to explain yourself if you want to cancel delivery for more than two weeks. We have also had problems with the website, as it sometimes doesn't accept order changes. It is aggravating that they bill on Thursday, even though most people are paid on Friday. This can be an issue, especially if you are one of the many people living paycheck to paycheck like we are. We have been Winder customers since shortly after they moved into the Las Vegas market. It is no longer economically viable for us to do business with them.

The milk is good, and the variety of milk is excellent. Some produce items are very good. The meat is disgusting. We were sent steaks that smelled so rotten, we were barely able to stomach getting them out to the garbage. They did credit me for the steaks, but they swore they weren't rotten. Some of the ready made meals are from low quality foods. I ordered something with chicken and the chicken had a layer of fat on the top that was ridiulous to cut through. Other than milk and a couple of high quality produce items (the few that are not shipped all the way from Mexico to Utah and then reshipped to us) are decent. Overall, it was a bad purchase.

The food is very average. The milk is not fabulous, its average. A better choice is Heritage Organic milk at the grocery store. The selection is minimal, I only ever ended up buying milk and tamales from them because they didn't carry what I needed. The tamales were good, but at nearly $9 you may as well go out to eat at a restaurant. And that's another thing - they are quite expensive! I signed up at the Galleria on their promo, and the lady who did my paperwork appropriated my email address to send me junk emails from the 5 different side jobs she was doing, like selling cosmetics, etc. She even tried to friend me on Facebook. Unprofessional! Also, their website kept going down when I would try to order, and that was very frustrating. Not worth it.

Winder Farms is so convenient and the food tastes great! It's so nice to be able to make my order online and you can buy as little or as much as you want depending on your budget. So far I have been very happy with them.

We've been using Winder Farms for over 2 years. Their milk is better than store bought milk. They have very very good cookies. It's so helpful to have food delivered weekly. I have 3 kids so less trips to the store make my life so much more easy! It's Vegas, so in the summer it's helpful to recieve deliveries at night. They always come between 12 midnight and 2am. I can't believe there are people on here complaining about his company! I guess it's not for everyone, especially those who do not pay attention to detail. ha. It's only about 3-5 dollars a week to have the food delivered. Look into it! I highly recommend it!

We have been using Winder Farms for a couple of weeks and so far so good. We signed up at a promo event they were having at Galleria Mall. We'd been curious for some time, especially since my husband has a coworker who's been using Winder for years and loves them. We got a lot of coupons that definitely help offset the high prices and make it very competitive to what you see in stores. With that said, our first order arrived on time but with expired chocolate milk. We were frustrated but they included a replacement for free in our next week's order. The food is undeniably fresh - milk and produce are amazing.
