I just got new windows put in and they are fantastic! The crew was efficient, upbeat, and thorough. Couldn't tell they had even been here once they were done. Great customer service from the office as well.

I chose this place because of Debi, who works there and was one of the most thoughtful and helpful people, I can't tell you. We had them replace a window, and when our carpenter installed others incorrectly, they were right on top of it. Bruno and Martine were the epitome of professionalism and excellence. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

From the delivery date to the install time, They did what they said they would do, and did it when they said they would do it. Their Technicians were clean, polite, and knowledgeable about their product. There was excellent communication during the entire process, including excellent follow up, after the installation, by Jason. Two Thumbs Up!

I recently obtained a residence that badly needed new windows and sliding glass doors. I obtained three estimates for the job: the first was a flyer in the newspaper, the second was a contractor who previously did window work for me and the third was after an exhaustive search on Kudzu. After reading several of the reviews on Window Solutions, I called and requested a free estimate for a two-stage window/door replacement.
Jessica arrived at the house and after a couple of minutes explaining what I needed, she completed the measurements, showed me different styles of windows depending on price range, and promised a full estimate by the following day. Jessica was very professional, polite, and represented the company well.
True to her word, I received the estimate the following day via e-mail and was a good honest price without all the 'Discounts' offered by the first company.
After chosing to go with Window Solutions, Dave came over to the house the next day and did secondary measurements; again being very professional.
Installation day arrived and the 4 worker team arrived at about 8:30 a.m. I was extremely impressed with the speed of installation by the team. They never stopped to take a break and were very polite and professional throughout. The Milguard Tuscany windows and doors look beautiful and work flawlessly.
I definitely recommend Window Solutions and in fact am going to use them for the second stage of my window/door project.

We had Window Solutions replace all the old wood and aluminum windows on our older home last summer and their price was by far the best around for the Milgard line and the work was fast and competent and we've gone through several driving rains and David's recommendation to use the block insert windows in our existing wood frames was great, not a single leak anywhere!

Window Solutions proved to be a rare find in our search for new windows for our home. From start to finish the personal attention to detail and professional integrity demonstrated by Dave, the owner, made it clear we had made the right choice. Besides the professional installation, friendly and helpful staff, and outstanding value for such a high quality product, what was most impressive was the commitment of doing things the right way and making sure the customer was totally satisfied. It was so refreshing to deal with a company with such high ethical standards. To be honest, the whole process was not perfect, mostly due to some factory issues, but the end result sure was, because the entire Window Solutions staff was constantly focused on meeting our high expectations. Based on my experience with this company, they have my highest recommendation. Truly, they are a rare example of how to do business right and we absolutely love our new windows! Kudos to Window Solutions for a job well done!

We love our new windows installed by window solutions last year. Today I found time to right a review. We have found a lot of great companies on kudzu.com a like to review the ones we used and liked.
