Poor Service, Poor Customer service, Bad contracts
After experiencing poor service, poor customer service will changed providers. Windstream contracts are so difficult to get rid of them: you have to send a certified letter and wait 30 days after every response. They make it impossible. Then they will sue you for services they never provided (like they did us). I would not recommend this company to anyone!
