I am not a typical gym rat and when it was recommended that I go to WCF I was reluctant to do so. Ever since my first training session I have really enjoyed the family atmosphere, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the facility. My trainer is persistent and not pushy. My training sessions are very reasonable and my trainer has a very flexible schedule. I've been training now for 4 months and have really noticed a difference. I highly recommend WCF!

Nice new facility with very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Everything is well maintained and clean. I use one of the trainers and have gotten great results. Good value for the money... I would recommend it!

My husband and I just joined the WCF. When they say non-pushy they meant it. Everyone is so nice and you can't beat the value. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The place is VERY clean, the staff helpful and kind and the ammenities plentiful. You're treated like a person there, not like a dollar sign.

After working at at WCF for a few weeks, people started to notice a change in my appearance. The training is terrific, the Gym is clean, bright and the staff is cheerful. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape in a friendly, low pressure environment.

I have been a member of WCF since the gym opened. This is the perfect gym for those people who want a more "personal" touch. I recently moved from another state, where I was a member of a national chain of gyms which we'll call "Gym-Not-So-Dandy" (name changed to protect the innocent). All I remember is obnoxious fluorescent lighting, booming music that blared over the loud speakers (whether I wanted to hear it or not), and scores of overly-pumped gym goers constantly admiring their physiques in the mirror. I felt like I was in the middle of a disco club in the 70's. The staff at this gym only seemed to care about getting me into a contract and making sure my checks cleared each month. So, when looking for a new gym in Alpharetta, I thought I would try one that was a bit smaller, with more of a "community" feel. Here's what I like about WCF: (1) Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff that actually know my name and care about my health and fitness goals. (2) The equipment all appears to be new and in great condition. For cardio equipment, WCF has treadmills, elliptical machines and 2 types of stationary bikes. (3) Large, clean locker room for getting ready. I work out in the morning, so this was an added bonus for me. So, definitely worth a try, in my opinion. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I have been a very active member of the Windward Community Fitness (WCF) since February of this year. I was previously a member of another gym and I did not go at all in the last year. I was unmotivated because that gym was always crowded, unclean and lacked good service. WCF has totally changed me. I thoroughly enjoy this gym because of the cleanliness, equipment, classes, convenience and most of all the service. (Don't' say anything.. but they even have hairspray and cotton balls in the bathroom for the convenience of its members, isn't that great?) The trainers at WCF are also great. They are always willing to help you, even if you are not one of their clients. They even make you laugh.
