I wonder how many car buyers at a new car dealership, are greated personally by the owner? That's what happened to me when I bought a dealer certified 2006 Mercury Mariner. Not only was I allowed test drive the car for several hours alone, I was given a great price, and given the VIP treament at every level of this family run dealership. There was no pressure or haggling at all that I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. A true class act! Thanks!

JohnnyCB This is Ed Witt owner of Witt LM not sure what you mean here? We do ask people to pay first if we are unclear on warranty coverage. Was this Ford warranty or after market extended service plan? Many times if a vehicle is out of warranty we'll endeavor to get coverage for people but we do have to collect first from the client. We always try to do the right thing! Hopefully your vehicle is safe and running well. Everthing is always "in writing" see your repair oder for details....Thanks for your input. Ed Witt owner

Needed spark plugs changed on a truck. I priced another place, then priced Witt - Witt was $124 cheaper plus offered an escort service which the other place did not. Prior to this had only gone here for warranty oil changes and was always treated with respect and car is always neat and clean after.

My Mercury Mountaineer had loud grinding noises coming from the rear end when turning. They quoted the price for a new rear end, but suggested to try a new, special lubricant prior to replacement. Upon approval, the old was replaced with the new lube, and the noise went away! Saved lots of $$.
