Laser Hair Removal did not work AT ALL
1.28.10 SUPER NICE FOLKS!!! Loved working with them, but unfortunately my LASER HAIR REMOVAL DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. They said I was an excellent candidate (hair was dark, don't tan, etc.) but hundreds of dollars later and even after extra "touch-up" sessions, I have the same amount of hair. Wish I had the money back.
1.08.11 I do appreciate your response, Dr. Kulkin. You really are a nice doctor. And I'm sure your laser hair removal works for some people; however, you told me at my last "free touch-up" that even a 5%,10% or 15% reduction in hair is an acceptable result. I didn't even have these low percentage results after 6-7+ sessions. So, although I appreciate your offer to work on this, the possibility of a 5-15% reduction isn't worth it. Hopefully other customers will have better results. 14 customers have rated you well, so out of the 110000 treatments, the Kudzu customers are pleased

While it is so rare for us to earn a review like this, I have several thoughts. First of all, I would ask the writer to contact me so we can evaluate exactly what is occurring. With anonymous review sites, we have no idea if this person has a hormone or other medical issue giving us this result. Since hundreds of dollars and touch ups are mentioned, I suspect this is a facial hair issue which may have these associated issues. In any case, we sincerely appreciate all of the comments and hope you will give us the opportunity to improve on this . After 110000 procedures outside of medical issues, a result like this is unheard of for us. Jay Kulkin MD
