A large group of my friends all had Jackie Snow for our annual exams. We saw her for many years and loved her. She was very thorough, really cared about women's issues and had a great bedside manner. However, we soon began calling her ""doom and gloom Jackie"" because there was always something she found wrong with us and made it seem like a very big deal; did not put our minds at ease. The reason I stopped going there was because I had an abdominal ultrasound, then a vaginal ultrasound and she told me I needed surgery to deal with a pedunculated fibroid. I told her I wanted my records to get a 2nd opinion and she told me she had consulted with Dr. Karen Blanchard in her office and she also agreed I needed the surgery. Nonetheless, I took my records to an independent OG/GYN and he did 2 ultrasounds, 2 vaginal ultrasounds and could not find anything. He said his best guess was that they were misinterpreting a shadow for the fibroid. I did not have surgery and 15 years later I have never had any problems.

Long term client
I have been a client of Jacque's for the past 15 years. She treats me as if I were her own daughter. She helped me through difficult situations and understood my fears. She answers all questions thoroughly and with compassion. I don't find her ""terse"" as someone said. I find her to be professional, respectful, and soft spoken. I would recommend Jacque highly. She has made THIS very jumpy, uncomfortable girl at such as place, stay with her for 15 years.The office staff is indeed MIA for the central part of the day, which can be inconvenient, but they do have a lot going on and I believe are using that time to catch up on paperwork. It's understandable. Those people who are complaining - just leave a message. They're good about getting back to you.

DO NOT GO HERE!
They will subject you to unnecessary tests, overcharge you, and then overcharge you for overcharging you. Jacquie Snow's bedside manner is competent but terse and I used to think that was reasonable. Until her office called me to tell me I needed a follow up test (which I've since found out was unnecessary). I went in, waited a half hour (they never notified her I was in the room, she said) and then, in conversation with Jacquie about the test she was about to perform, was told that the prescription she had previously given me would interfere with the test (her office should have known before they scheduled the appointment - it was right there in my records)! So now i would have to wait, reschedule and waste one more half a workday. As I was scheduling the new appointment, they told me I had to pay for the visit I was just told I did not qualify for (but that they had set up)! I phoned Jacquie, who said, well, you were seen and I had to talk to you, so I have to charge you for the office visit! I never would have gone if they hadn't called me in! Like i need to waste half a work day and then pay for talking to my doctor who's own prescription disqualified me for the appointment they made me go to! So, I will NEVER go back and have requested my medical records and was just informed that will cost me an additional $30! California law is .25 cents per copy and I've only been 3 times! THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU and the care is hardly worth it!!

Highly Recommend for Couples and Women...
I was referred by Dr. Lebel my grandfather's primary doctor to visit Dr. Kelly Blanchard for my girlfriend as well for me. Honestly, despite the distance I highly recommend Dr. Blanchardshe is friendly, real easy to get along with, trustworthy, and truly cares about her patients. My girlfriend loves Kelly so much she's doing a internship there because its a great atmosphere. We both highly recommend Dr. Blanchard!!!...

Horrible customer service, Great Doctor
The customer service, or lack there of, turns me off completely to the Women's Medical Group. As of now, I'm still waiting for them to return from lunch, which is supposed to be 2:15, although 20 phone calls later, and at 2:45, no answer. This happens almost every time I need to call after lunch. \rNext, they charged a massive amount of money to my bank account without an authorization from me, thus leaving me in debt. This is not acceptable and very unprofessional, and they will be fixing this problem immediately. \rLastly, the positive part, I went to Dr. Snow and she was a very knowledgeable and friendly woman. The visit was very pleasant and she even told me stories and jokes to make me feel at ease during the exam. I would go back to her any day, but if the receptionists continue this nonsense, I will have to take my business and health elsewhere. \r\r
