I have used this location in the past for batteries, tires, even oil changes and light maintenance. I avoid it at all costs now. The people they have staffed there are beyond unprofessional and do the least they can before giving an assessment that will cost you a ton with little real data to back it up. They also have loud personal conversations on the office phone with clients waiting in the waiting area and actually make comments about customers in front of other customers. When you refuse their ridiculous service options they actually get ornery and obnoxious with you. Buyer beware!! This is not the same place it once was!!!

Terrible! I took my car in thinking I needed brakes. I had a coupon for $89 per axle. What a JOKE! Tom told me my service cost would be about $497 for back brakes. I needed new rotors, "They were metal to metal and the rotors could not be turned." I agreed to the repair but quickly called my Hyundai dealer to confirm. The service people laughed and said I was TOTALLY being taking advantage of and to bring it to them. I called back quickly to cancel the repair and picked up my car. Guess how much I spent at Hyundai.... $45 for an oil change. My brakes were fine and didn't need to be changed at all. I had gotten my front brakes done May 2010 and the back were still more than sufficient. I learned a hard lesson! It pays to get a second opinion. I will NEVER return to that Dunwoody Village Goodyear and the non caring attitude of Tom.

I called this morning to obtain an appointment for a brake job. They told me they could give me an appointment but that didn't mean they would look at my car at that time like a doctors office makes you wait. I asked them what day this week I should come. They told me they had a bay open this morning and it would me a good time to come by if I was going to wait on it. Still may be 45 minutes before car would be seen but would go quickly after that. I took my car in and went to starbucks. after two hours I called to see what was going on-expecting to hear something by now. They had not even looked at the car and told me that no one should have told me it was a light morning because they were backed up WITH APPOINTMENTS. They did not apologize-- nothing. I collected my car and left. They had no problem wasting over two hours of my time this morning.

Went in there because I had a flat tire and they told me that my back tires needed to be replaced ASAP which I found hard to believe. Went to my mechanic the next day and was told that they tires were fine. Goodyear obviously saw me as an easy target. Be careful and get a second opinion.

I used to go here all the time for oil changes and small stuff. I heard that the place was under new management and that they tried to squeeze more money out of you, but in my small exchanges with them this never happened. Then one day I decided to get my tires replaced before a long drive up north. Foolishly, because I was in a rush, I failed to fully review the bill before I signed it. But when I did, it was full of petty little charges about which I was not consulted, such as lifetime tire rotation membership. The bogus charges totaled 70 or 80 dollars. This is a small price to pay to know someone is not completely honest, I will not be going back. If you need repairs I would recommend Eddie's automotive. If you need tires, costco.
