My son is a new patient to this practice and I must say I am very impressed with the helpful staff and Doctors. My son recently had a visit and we were pulled back quickly and the doctor was right on time. We saw Dr. Heaven and she was very helpful and answered all my questions she also showed as much concern as I did about my sons issue. Her nurses were friendly and polite. I will recommend this pracice to all my friends and anyone searching for a new Pediatrician.

I may have an opportunity to write a glowing review about the doctors at Woodstock Pediatrics, but for now I can only write about what an amazingly difficult process it is to communicate with the office staff. Due to their woeful lack of professionalism, my children haven't even been scheduled to see a doctor yet, after 2 weeks of phone calls to confirm new patient status. My children need to switch to Woodstock Peds due to an insurance change, and each time I have called to verify receipt of records, attempted to make a well-child appointment, or otherwise speak with a human being, the call has been put on infinite hold, sent to voicemail or transferred to another absent person. The person in scheduling doesn't know what the person in medical records is doing, doesn't take responsibility, doesn't communicate. In short, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Please save yourself a huge headache and go to Northside Pediatrics. What a night and day difference. They are competent and professional, which I cannot say for Woodstock Peds. I will sorely miss Northside Peds, and hope that an alternative to Woodstock Peds opens soon in our area.

We love all of the Dr's, including our personal Dr. Dr Heaven in caring and takes time to provide through information and answer our questions. She has been taking care of our daughter since birth. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I started seeing Dr. Heaven and Nurse Practitioner, Shannon last year in 2009 after having a bad experience with Little Hickory Pediatrics. I have found that the nurses and doctors are extremely friendly and very sensitive to the parents' concerns as well as your child's fears. They are also knowledgeable and explain in detail what they are looking for or what they are doing when examining your child. I also really like how there is a Sick Entrance and a Well Entrance. I had a friend recommend Woodstock Pediatrics and I hope that this will be the one we will be at till my daughter turns 18. Love this place!!!
