I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Bustelo and his staff. These people care about the animals they treat and the owners as well. My siamese cat has been having problems for months and other vets who have seen him didn't even care enough to try to find out what was wrong. Those other places did the vet equivalent of "take two of these and don't call me". Dr. B has taken so much time with us and really gone above and beyond to diagnose our Mr. Kitty who is one of those special family pets that only comes along once in a lifetime. Thank God for Dr. B and his staff.

Our pets have been patients at Woodstock Veterinary Hospital for four years. Besides providing wonderful preventative care to our 3 dogs and cat, they also go "above and beyond" to treat specific problems. The professionalism and care is displayed by the entire staff here. Our dogs also board here and they always go in and come out very happy!! Thank you so much.

We've been going to Woodstock Vet Hospital for over 20 years. We loved the original owners and when they left we were concerned about the new doctors. However, they have been wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, willing to help and explain why and what they are doing. We've recently had an emergency and the quality and care was outstanding. Thank you Dr. B and staff!

this Jan we had to put our weimaraner lab mix to sleep, she had A LOT of problems, and she was suffering. The doc could have done more test, but saved us money by asking us if we wanted her to proceed further with more test. The doc did not push us into testing further(and sending more money). At that time we already knew she was bad off we didn’t need to know all the details of her suffering .It was a hard decision but we decided to put her down to end the suffering, Doc told us she could keep testing and do her best with her,she wanted to give us that option, but we couldnt bare to watch her walk in circles, fall over and shove her nose in corners. The male doc there put her to sleep he was so kind and loving to our Cinnamon during the process and was awesome with us, he gave us as much time as we needed Never pushing us to hurry up and get out.(cause I’m sure he and other patients) the staff was wonderful. We now have a 5 month Mastiff and our Massi girl is definitely going here.

The people are very nice however the prices for services are EXPENSIVE! Beware of basically being talked into services/testing and medications by the vet owner himself. Profit out weights the love of the animalhe talks your head off until he has you sold!...
