My husband signed the two of us up on a month-to-month agreement with a direct debit from his checking account. I was not present at the time. When we needed to cancel the agreement we did as we were told and sent the request in writing/email. We both started receiving collections calls from Paramount Acceptance. My husband went to Workout Anytime in person and spoke with the manager and was assured the issue would be taken care of. However, he was told that he could not cancel my account, I would have to do it (even though I didn't sign me up!!). We continued to receive calls. Fast forward a few months and a lot of frustration later and my husband's checking account was debited for the "late" payments. After multiple phone calls and emails (and even paying balances we don't feel we owed) my husband is no longer harassed, but I still am. Now I've been turned over to NetColletions, who tells me they just buy the bad debt and have no interest in if I really owe the money or not. I'm told I have to pay the amount or have it put on my credit file. No one at Workout Anytime seems like they are the least bit interested in helping. Beware

I was looking for a 24 hour gym and loved this company because they have great rates and you can use any Workout Anytime gyms. The prices were great! You can also add unlimited tanning to your membership.
