I had been a member of several clubs over the years. Most of the time, I joined and barely went. I met with the manager, Paul, at the Acworth location and he was the absolute BEST! He took me through a fitness evaluation and showed me exercises that were easy to perform but challenging. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about me getting the results I wanted and does not hesitate to spend time with me when I have a question or 2.

Rule #1, read your contract. I have been a member for over a year and have lost 50 pounds and feel great. The club is always clean and there are plenty of machines to choose from. It is your own fault if you don't use it and get the results. How much easier could it be? Month to month at $15 and open 24 hours. My friends and I have been more than pleased with the quality of service and caring attitude of the staff. I would highly recommend this club to those wanting a simple and fun way to get into shape.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a gym. I think the owner/manager may have some serious roid rage issues. I was incorrectly charged for keycards and when I asked for a refund, I was told to find another gym. Given our current economic conditions, I would think that every potential customer that walks in the door would be handled in a civil manner. I have made repeated efforts to contact corporate about this issue. After seven days I have had no response, not even a generic "sorry for the problem" . I would highly recommend anyone interested in this gym take the owners advice and " find another gym"

I am a frequent gym visitor because I travel for work regularly. This by far is the worst gym, due completely to the fact that their contract is so vague. If you join, the contract is basically un-cancelable. After I moved nearly 30 miles away, I wasn't allowed to cancel because a club was 11 miles away. Anyone who lives in Atlanta knows that 11 miles could be a 45 minute trip on a daily basis. Additionally, if you have automatic withdrawal set up, they will charge you $150 to stop. I worked out there for 3 months, and will never go back. Save you time and money and look for another club. These people are money grubbers who will only offer you a lukewarm "sorry" should you change your mind at any time in the future.
