I have been a customer of World Finance in the Covington & Conyers location for well over 15 years. I have only once ever gotten a call, and that was just a courtesy reminder that my payment was due. The only time they make calls is when you are behind on your payments and are not courteous enough to contact them in order for them to set up a date for you. I have never had a problem with Mrs. Seabolt or Mrs. Crawford, and they have always been there for me when I needed them. They have sent flowers to people I know that have lost loved ones, and write hand written cards when people are going thru tough time. You do not meet companies that show sympathy like that very often, and I am proud to be a customer of such a great company that still has the work ethics like the old days. I could never imagine doing buisiness with a better company and I will never go anywhere else.

I just paid off my loan w/ this company and I am pretty sure that I will NEVER use this location ever again as in my opinion, the branch manager Hope Seabolt is the most unprofessional individual that I've ever come across in any type of management position. I have never ever witnessed someone w/ such a lack of common courtesy or mannerisms when speaking with clientele. In my personal dealings with her, it is my opinion that she is very curt, crass and just generally a nasty person. She doesn't appear to attempt to work with you at all under any circumstances and treats you as if you are some type of criminal when speaking to you. I have even spoken w/ her supervisor, Mr. Greg Johnson before about this and although he was very professional and apologetic, Ms. Seabolt still manages the Conyers location. She talked to me just any kind of way almost like I had stolen something from her personally and that I owed her something instead of realizing that I, as a client of World Finance, facilitate the payment of her salary. I have previously used another location in Covington, GA, under the management of Joan Crawford and that location in my opinion has the utmost professionalism. If I ever find myself needing a small loan again....it will most definitely not be via World Finance in Conyers. I may avoid the company as a whole altogether and use a competitor such as 1st Franklin Financial instead as they have always had stellar customer service.
