I drove to the other side of town to buy a specific car that I was told they had on the lot. When I got there I learned that they would have to order it. They took my name and number so there internet manager could contact me about the details the next business day. Weeks went buy, no call. But I did start getting emails from them asking me to come in and finalize my loan with them. I never did any financial paperwork with them or signed anything. After a month of these emails and my continued response of "you must have the wrong person" I called and had to cuss them out. To this day I still get calls from annoying sales people asking if I am still interestead.

Good prices, but you have to work hard to get them; go back and forth multiple times. Also have to check carefully to make sure all the stuff on the Due Bill gets done. (My brand new car was delivered with multiple scratches, which required new paint to get out. They tried to get by without painting it). The finance company they like to use (Kia Motor Finance Company) is horrible to deal with. All my payments have been on time, but it's still been a bad company to have to work with.
