My camry was rear-ended and needed repair. I took it to World Toyota, an approved repair center approved by my insurance company. My experience was quick and easy. The Hertz rental car company was onsite at World Toyota so when I dropped off my camry, I stepped across the hall to get my rental car. I signed a form at each counter and I drove off in the rental car. My return visit to pick up my repaired camy was just as easy. The associate walked out to the car to show it to me and discuss the repair and answer any questions, gave me my car keys and off I drove. The repair was very well done. You can't even tell it was repaired. I would highly recommend World Toyota collision center for quality and convenience.

I took my Camry in to World on a Saturday afternoon 2 weeks ago because the battery was failing. The very first thing the tech said--while I was first being seen--was that I clearly needed a coolant flush. They replaced the battery, then presented me with a very long list of repairs that I needed to make "very soon"--totalling nearly $2,000 and including replacing the timing belt, which I KNEW was wrong because the car has only 65,000 miles on it. But I was concerned, so I took it to ToyaTech to see if the pricing might be better. ToyaTech confirmed that I did need the least expensive thing on the list--drive belts, but NOTHING else. Not a coolant flush; not a water pump; not a timing belt; not a new oil pan. I'm a woman--I wonder if they try this on men too.

After another shop failed to fully repair my Prius, World Collision was able to fix the car and everything the other shop did wrong. Everything has worked great since then, and they went above an beyond when I stopped back with questions and to verify the work. Mark takes extreme pride in his work, and did a very detailed job with the inspection and repairs.

I drive 25 miles just to have my Toyota Serviced at World Toyota. There is a reason they consistently are rated the best. From the moment you drive up you are greeted immediately and my car has always been serviced perfectly.

I find that World Toyota's service center is extremely overpriced. They also don't fix the problem. Took car in to fix a door and it broke again w/in 3 months.

Very poor experience overall. In repairing part of the car, they damaged other parts (car barely a few months old), scratches, buffer damage. Car delivered with compound and tape gum still on it. Several parts not reinstalled properly (small panel inside door, gear shift boot, rear side window). Had to take it back and leave it with them a second time. Still not quite right. Unprofessional, was expecting high class quality.

Did a good job on my repair but kept delaying the completion date due to bad scheduling. Took almost a month to do what they said would take a 2 weeks max. Good work if you don't need car back soon.

Have had my car serviced several times by World Toyota. I found it to be quick and the service techs were not pushy trying to sell me "additional" repairs or services.
