I won't... recount all the crazy problems , but I will tell you that CarMax gave me 6 times the amount they offered for my trade-in. Huge red flag, isn't it? All Toyota dealerships are NOT the same. It's very hard to reach anyone on the phone. When I did get through to a real person they did not know what they were doing. I made an online appointment, folowed their prompts and selected a type of service and cost. Got to the shop and they had no information on the type of service or the expected cost. I had to request a manager to correct the bill to match the online quote. One hand does not know what the other is doing. Just too hard to communicate with.

Recently we decided to buy a car and dropped by unannounced at world Toyota. We had been there earlier and met Roy so we approached him. In spite of the fact that he already had an appointment in sometime he entertained us and helped us get a v good car in the budget we had. He understood our requirement and got us what we needed and not just sell off any car. Also it was very nice of him to come down the next day for all the documentation when ideally he was on leave and his father was hospitalized for operation to be performed. He really went out of the way for us and made the whole process v simple.
Our visit to World Toyota was the first place we went when we started shopping for a minivan. I could not believe how wonderful the experience was, from the perfect customer service provided by Roy Samuel to the open and comfortable atmosphere of the dealership. Roy not only answered all of our questions, he gave us information that I'd never expected a dealer to tell us. He was respectful and honest, never pushy or ambivalent about our questions and concerns. I left the dealership wishing that I could have purchased a van during that visit, but wanted to shop around like I've always heard to do when buying a car. Visiting two more dealerships proved even more that World Toyota has superior customer care and makes other dealerships pale in comparison. It has been one week since our visit to all the dealerships, and World Toyota is the ONLY place that has not harassed me with multiple phone calls, pushing me to come back as soon as possible. Instead, I received one phone call thanking us for coming in and a nice thank you note with great coupons. I very highly recommend Roy Samuel at World Toyota.
I had a good & smooth experience buying a car here. Andre Doughlas was very patience and professional sale consultant unlike other Toyota dealer in this city.
Bought a toyota tacoma truck. Tried to take in for recall issues. Extremely long wait times for service. Also, recently attempted to buy 4runner and yaris. Like another posted mentioned, they call and call and call. Each time someone tells you something different. The one guy I thought could help, Hassan, never bothered to return my call. Won't do business with these guys. Not a well run dealership.

Watch out for internet sales people its not what it seems. One person will take your offer and the other will deny. too many people will contrect you and every of the will have diffrent story. Trick is you get you confuse and rip you off. Very bad and tricky Service by David Apotheker at World Toyota. Sends me a email agreeing on price for toyota crolla LE for 14k+Tax+Office fee and @ zero % and than Raised price on me after making a deal. I bought Van from them two weeks ago. great service but not this time. I think Should get rid of David Apotheker before he becomes a loss for World Toyota

On April 13, 2010 I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry from saleswoman Korunn Marks. I've never owned a Toyota and was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a Toyota vehicle given the recent recalls. I visited the dealership expecting to purchase a Camry LE for $16000, I left with the top of the line model XLE for only $8000 more, FULLY LOADED! This was the best deal EVER. After my purchase, Korunn kept in contact with me to ensure my satisfaction with the purchase. I've received complimentary coupons for detailing, oil changes, a dinner banquet, etc. My expectations were FAR exceeded with this purchase. I am a Toyota owner for life and look forward to future vehicle purchases at World Toyota Atlanta. ~Valerie
I don't usually take the time to write reviews of car dealerships because usually the experience is not worthy of my time, but my story at World Toyota is worth sharing.. It was by far the best auto purchase experience I can remember. The sales people, business manager, sales manager all made it a hassle free buying experience. I bargained hard, but was treated with respect every step of the way. The leadership team from the GM, Sales Manager, Parts and Service Manager are all first class. They don't ignore you after the sale, but instead focus on building a strong customer relationship. They have these Customer Car Care Clinics on the 3rd Thursday of each month that are a blast. You get to tour the service and parts area and meet some mechanics. World Toyota = World Class!

The most dishonest, lying, rude and disrespectful people that I've ever dealt with. From the business manager that I worked with to the other managers and sales people itís the worst experience ever. I bought the car from them in Oct 2009 and I will never buy anything from them ever again. I wish I could give them no starts at all.

Dear Bob Sankey & Matt McCormick, I just wanted to tell you that I was extremely pleased with my experience at World Toyota. We are a "Toyota" family and 4 of our last 5 Toyotas have come from Sandy Springs Toyota. In addition, all of our cars have been serviced there for the past 10+ years. On Sunday, I actually came to World Toyota first thinking that I would go to Sandy Springs last and end up purchasing my vehicle from them again. After spending several hours with Bob on Sunday, my wife loved him. She said, "if Bob's price is in the ballpark, I want to buy from him". Not only did you sell us our car but we plan to switch our service business. Thanks for making the experience "far superior to traditional car buying." I hate buying cars, and so when we were forced to replace our family car with a new minivan I did a lot of research. Korunn Marks our sales consultant at World Toyota did a great, low pressue job of getting me a great price and making the buying experience easy. I was very satisified with how I was treated and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others.
I visited several dealerships and by far World Toyota is excellent. I felt John Credendino worked on my behalf to ensure my expectations were met during the sale. This was a excellent sales experience. In addition, everyone there was on the ball. A special thanks to Matthew McCormick for his follow-thru the following day when John was not there. He walked me to the parts dept in the pouring rain rather than just pointing the way. He made sure my needs were met. The entire staff was focused on the customer. This is excellence in action.
I bought my 2010 Prius from John Credendino at World Toyota. Even though the package I wanted wasn't on the lot and demand is high, I got the price I wanted without drama. I am now enjoying all the calls from the other local dealerships who told me I would never get the car for that price. I already get my service done at World Toyota for my 2004 Prius and am thrilled to find the quality on the sales side is just as good.
