Worth Every Dollar Appraisals, LLC

Greg did our home appraisal recently, and, aside from providing a very fair and thorough report, I was most impressed with his level of customer service. He takes the time to clearly outline what factors were used in his report, as well as answer any questions you have. I had questions after about 3 months of his appraisal, and he was still very willing to help and provide additional assistance. Service goes above and beyondthanks Greg!

I had a hearing today to lower my property taxes. I haven't heard back yet on the results but I wouldn't have had a chance of winning without my Worth Every Dollar appraisal. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. Tommie worked around my schedule, prepared a professional review (including photos and comparable properties) and answered all of my questions, even on a Sunday. As an aside, make sure to proof read the appraisal. On one page, the font was too light to read but it was fixed as soon as I brought it to her attention. Highly recommended!

When I started shopping around for an appraiser and I called Greg, I had a lot of questions. When I called him, he was very courteous from my first phone call and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I called around a few others but ended up coming back to him because I was very impressed by his customer service skills, professionalism and knowledge. He came out to do the appraisal and was very professional and and did a very thorough job. I didn't like the news he had for us regarding the value of our home but it's not his fault but how the market is. He was still very sensitive to my feelings and took the time to sit down with me and explain how he arrived at that value. I also had some questions about the measurements of the square footage of the house and he came out a second time and spent two additional hours with me re-measuring to make sure I was convinced that all the measurements were right. He even showed me how he measured. Even my realtor said, I can't believe he came out a second time. Most appraisers won't do that. And he didn't charge me a penny more. His appraisal report was also better than any other I have ever seen. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work, his timeliness, his attention to detail and in addition to that, he is just a REALLY NICE and PLEASANT person to deal with. He did a SUPERB job. I am very satisfied with his appraisal service and would recommend him to anyone.

The appraisal from our buyer's lender came out much lower than we expected, and even lower than the offer price from the buyer. It was a total shock, and one of our options was to hire another appraiser, and if the new appraisal value is higher, we can talk to the lender. I called Greg asking for advice. He was very nice and patient, listened to my story, and offered to look at the the appraisal report we just received. Well, he did more than just looking at it. Instead, he did some research on the houses in our neibourhood, made a table of the comparable houses, and gave me his opinion. To make story short, we eventually decided not to do another appraisal because it looks like that the lender's appraiser is not willing to make changes no matter what. Had we decided to hire another appraiser, Greg would definitely have been our choice! Did I mention that Greg did that research for me for free?
