Have shopped with Worthmore since I had my wife's engagement ring made there 15 years ago. Since then we have used them for gifts for most of the special events in our life's from anniversary, to the birth of our son. My wife and I both love going there as they still have most of the same people working there that helped us with the engagement ring. I have referred them to many of my friends and everyone is always very pleased with their selection and prices.

Bought an $8000 engagement ring. Two months later the diamond had loosened and the setting had shifted slightly off center. They wanted to charge me an additional $250 to fix. I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

I worked with Olia, the Decatur store Manager, to design an original ring I had been wanting for many years. Olia was SO patient, creative and helpful throughout the entire process. The staff in this store make you feel very welcome -highly recommend a visit to the store.

The saleswoman we had knew very little about diamond jewelry. There are better jewelers in Atlanta in terms of knowledge, quality, value and service. We initially chose this jeweler due to their reputation of being gay friendly since we are a same-sex couple looking for engagement rings. Although most of the women who worked there were clearly lesbian, they were the most unfriendly I've ever experienced. They treated us extremely rudely, in fact obviously gossiping about us behind the counter. To this day, I still do not understand why they gave such hostile smirks towards my girlfriend. So much for a "family" business! We got much better service at other jewelers in town, and I don't expect these folks to stay in business much longer given the negative attitudes.
