Wow Motorcycles

I stopped in to WOW in order to purchase a Honda CB250R as a second bike for the short, around town trips. WOW has 3 late model CB250Rs. They have priced 2 of them ABOVE manufacture's list price for a brand new example of the same bike! When I asked the salesperson why the used bike was priced higher than a new bike, his first response was, "no they're not, list price is higher" - simply an untruth. Once he realized that I knew what I was talking about, he then said, "well, you can't get a new one from the dealers, so if you want one, you need to buy one of these".

The CB250R is often a "beginner bike". I have no way of knowing this, yet I suggest that the sales staff at WOW felt that they could get away with price gouging on a bike normally sold to newbies.

You will never see me at WOW again. Make sure you have done your research before attempting to buy a bike at WOW.

BUYER BEWARE!! WOW MC will get you in the door and hooked on a purchase and at the last minute rise the price. These guys will deceive and lie to you to get you in the door with false prices. Approach this dealer with caution. Check BBB and Consumer Protect Complaint on them before you purchase. Don't make an expensive mistake.

Just went up there last Friday with a friend to help him buy a bike. Well I him do his thing. As I was walking around I got to talking with a guy who was having trouble knowing what king of tire to put on his bike. Me I really like the michelin pure power on my Hayabusa. He also has a Hayabusa so I know what im talking about when it comes to the busa. The sells person over hurd us and decided to jump it. Trying to talk me down and act like I was stupid that that tire was crap and only good for the track. The reason he was bashing was because they did not have that tire. When you walk in your immediately met by sells people trying to sell you everything and they have very little or no knowledge about there products. Most were very rude. My buddy found a bike he liked and asked if he could here it run. They are used bikes after all. The sells guy said only when we can tell your sirius about buying it. This is after he filled out the credit app. Then they said we will call you back tuesday. Surprise no call so he called them after staying on hold for 20 minutes no answer. So i called and talked to the finance manager. He was unwilling to be helpful and telling me he was the finance manager 5 times I said im glad you have a job now please do it. Im not wanting his information I just want you to call this guy back and tell him something. Today is wednesday by the way. I have never been to a place were employees are so unwilling to help or so willing to argue will customers.

I'm always amazed by the selection they have in stock. They claim to be the biggest used bike seller in the world and I believe it!

The staff is very knowledgeable, but not overbearing. Sometimes I just stop in to look around with no intentions to buy. They hand be a price sheet and say "go for it".

They also have a good selection of accessories for all types of bikes.

Looking forward to buying a new "used" bike from them soon!

I make it a point to stop in at WOW every chance I get. The sales staff is the best, answering questions when you need them, staying out of the way and just letting you browse when you're "just looking" to compare models. They are familar with all the bike types. It's the one place you can go to compare and try one for size various models.They also have a good selection of accessories for all types of bikes, and if they don't have it, they'll get it for you in short order.Definitely the only retail location I'd go for an experienced bike in Atlanta. Now that they have the Zero electric bikes you can even "go green" with the WOW factor!
