Worst office ever!, 4/08/2011

NOT RECCOMENDED!! Office staff is very young and immature, The female behind the counter was very rude and giving attitude and acting very disinterested in her job. Not only was she unpleasant to me... but to the male behind the counter as well. While Waiting I went to the back to use the restroom and got a glimpse of where it was I'd be seen and it was very unorganized and filthy in the back. I guess it had to match the customer service up front. I literally walked out due to my overall experience i was disgusted.

I went waited forever not treated well, 3/15/2010

I would have expected more from a place in summerlin. It appears it would be a good place in a nice setting. Seeing someone so rude to the employees and the in fighting was not good and cost time

Liars & Cheaters

I was told up front three times prior to the appointment that my "low vision" daughter's appointment was covered under VSP and that there was no out of pocket expense for me. They lied to me about this being a VSP plan visit rather than a medical visit. Now I am stuck with a $400.00 bill - I did not authorize a medical visit as I already have a medical doctor for my daughter. They are liars and cheaters preying on those who are visually impaired and going blind.

Wrote of my copays

They seem like high end but they saved me lots - they wrote off the money (my senior dimention copays) probably saved me 300 dollars. If you have senior dimensions go here. Noone else will match this - I tried other places - you can call and try but only this place does it. Great.

REALLY upset I wasted my eligibility at this place

From setting up my appointment to FINALLY receiving my glasses, the whole experience was completely unprofessional. I don't even want to go into detail about how long it took for them just to receive my prior authorization and insurance eligibility but looking back, I extremely regret wasting it at Yesnick Vision Center and I definitely won't return next year. The frames are overpriced and the lenses took about 3 weeks for them to even come in. They blame EVERYTHING on the insurance but my entire family has been using the same insurance for 6 years and we've NEVER had any problems. Not only that but they charged my credit card 4 times and then wouldn't take accountability for it. Once again, it wasn't their fault and the credit card machine malfunctioned. Each time I called in to check the status on my glasses ("that would arrive in 7-10 days" NOT!), the doctor's wife said that she would call me back after speaking to the lab and NEVER did. But if you like to wait till 4PM to get into your 2:30 appointment, have an extra $800 in your bank account to have accidentally withdrawn and not refunded for 2 weeks, and about a month to wait for your glasses, then i recommend going there. Otherwise, be cautious and save your insurance eligibility for somewhere else.

Top notch service!

Dr. Yesnick is very knowledgable and takes the time to listen. He prescribed the best pair of glasses that I've ever had! The front desk staff is very friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Quite Impressed

Simply the best!

We first met Dr. Yesnick at his previous location and were so impressed, we followed to him to his new location (even though the other office is much closer to our house). Dr. Yesnick and his wife are both well informed, caring doctors. They and their staff are courteous and friendly. The thoughtful, courteous, attention-to-detail service we receive is well worth the drive!

SURPRISE...another charge!

Watch out for those words, "work in progress" each time you visit there will be another "surprise" charge. Can you afford to be a "work in progress"? Don't ask them to explain anything, you'll get more confused and upset! Snady told me they did not accept my insurance, then why did they only charge me my co-pay on my initial visit? Make sense? Be sure to check your prescriptions first, especially if you're a "work in progress" patient, had to have mine re-printed 3 times! LOL

Great "chairside" manner

I met Dr. Yesnick at my grandson's elementary school festival where he had a display of his services. I asked him some questions and immediately saw that he was a doctor who had sincere concern for people. Since I hadn't had my eyes checked in several years due to a lapse in insurance, I made an appointment. During his examination, he detected possible health issues which led me to go to my primary physician. Dr. Y's observation was 100% correct. I went back for a follow up visit as I have an eye condition he is treating. The staff, facilities and his personal attention are superior. I highly recommend him.

Terrific!!!

I haven't been to an eye exam since I was about 7 y/o. I am now in my twenties and needed to see a doctor asap. I came here (Kudzu) to locate any good ones with lots of experience, great credentials and a friendly demeanor...Dr. Yesnick, has it all :) He is great, thorough and his credentials are proudly visible on the wall :) His staff is to die for! They were so patient, friendly and not in a rush to pack up and leave for the day. I received the attention and assurance that I needed from him and his staff. They also carry the latest, trendiest names out there like: Dior, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy, Candies and Guess. You would be insane to go anywhere else! Sure...you could take advantage of those cheaper deals on television for (2) pairs of glasses for $99...but remember...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Plus, the prices are reasonable with insurance...GOOD LUCK! TRY THE BEST! Thank you Dr. Yesnick & staff :) It is always fantastic to find great, friendly service! Oh, one more thing :) They are open until 3pm on Saturday! So, you have no more excuses to hold off on going...Ciao~

Great Dr HORRIBLE STAFF

It took me over 3 weeks to get a copy of my rx after my exam visit. They didnt bill claim from previous visit. WAKE UP!!
