I am on the paying end of this scenario I have an account in collections which I take full responsibility for and was trying to get taken care of as soon as possible when I ran into problems with the customer service. First of all over the course of about 2 weeks I called into yccs probably 10-15 times trying to track down a contract that was supposed to be mailed to me. Everytime I called I was transfered to someone different to talk to, and then lied to when told the contract had went out on a certain day when in fact it didn't go out until a week later. When I called in to discuss this with a supervisor it got worse she was yelling at me and not answering my questions and speaking over me. I don't know how they can be in business treating people this way yes I have a bill in collections that does not make me a bad person or do I deserve the right to be treated this way.
