I love Yoga Centralit is so nice and teachers are greatI like the relaxed attitude and the temp of 85 degress versus over 100 degrees. So worth checking out.

Yoga Central offers a calm and supportive environment to practice yoga. The instructor, Elana, is great at helping everyone regardless of practice level. I started my practice with Elana 7 months ago - after having no exercise whatsoever in the previous 10 years and suffering with several health issues - Thanks to Elana's guidance, my health issues are now under control and I look forward to my yoga practice! I will be her student for years to come!

This studio offers a modified Bikram yoga program in a warm room. The instructor/owner is particularly adept at helping students progress based on their own skill level. While this is not a studio for the ultra competitive, it is the right place if you want to get into yoga with a caring, motivating, and challenging coach who has been practicing for over 25 years. Come check it out!!!

WOW, guess what?!.. this is what yoga is all about, and it's in my very own neighborhood of Candler Park! A one hour class that covers the yoga basics--such a good workout! But more than just exerciseI felt so rejuvenated and relaxed and, well, more MYSELF afterward. Elena, the owner-instructor, really knows what she's doing. Cannot recommend it enough, y'all!
