Best yoga school EVER!!!
Best yoga class I've ever been to. When I leave Mike's yoga class, I feel rejuvenated and strong both physically and mentally. I would recommend this yoga school to any one of my friends:)

The Best Yoga in Town!
I really enjoy coming to Mike's classes. I also regularly work with him privately. This has helped me in many areas of my life. Personally, Spiritually, and Emotionally. His classes are smaller and more personalized.

Truly Healing - The best yoga class ever!
Mike Noury is an incredible instructor. I have never felt more relax or rejuvenated in practicing yoga. His classes are never dull and are highly informative of proper yoga practices.
