Had my bike for 3 yrs now and every time I bring my bike in for scheduled maintenance, it seems like I'm dealing with a bunch of clowns. Brought my bike in for maintenance 2 weeks ago and still haven't got it back. My bike has more problems now than when I brought it in. They want $500.00 for something that's broken that wasn't broken before. They lure you in with a smile, then THEY SCRAPE YOU OFF THE BOTTOM OF THEIR SHOES. AVOID YSA!

I thought when they first opened it made sence but they still have very few knowledgeable employees available! We walked out

I have shopped around several times for diffirent items and different bikes and this always to be one of the best shops to deal with. Just saved some money buying a new tire from them compared to several other shpos in Phoenix. the service was fast and professional.

The parts they sold me were the wrong ones and they would not return or even swap them out. They said it was a special order even though all other shops stock them. Since when is an oil filter special order!!! Horrible!!!
