Yukos Dog Grooming

My poor dog won't even walk by Yuko's Salon without cringing. She did a wonderful job with grooming. But they screwed up big time, and good grooming can't compensate for lousy service. They were not able to give me specific time my dog would be finished and promised to call as soon as she was done. They never called. I finally went down and confronted them and they showed me the (incorrect) number they had tried -- it was in Los Angeles! They never followed up or made any effort to locate me. My dog couldn't get out of there fast enough and was so upset she wouldn't look at me for days afterwards.

On the advice of my neighbor, I took my nervous Chihuahua to get his nails clipped. He doesn't let ANYONE clips his nails. Yuko stopped what swas doing on a busy Saturday afternoon, clipped his nails without any drama and we were on our way after 10 minutes! All for only $5! Her clients patiently sat on their doggy beds waiting for her it was so cute! I will be taking Chico there from now on.

We moved from NYC 4 years ago and tried almost ever dog groomer in town for our 2 Bichons. It was basically one horror story after another.our boy was especially terrified of even going IN to a dog groomer.
It was hard to get the first appointment with Yuko, because she's so busy. Once you're in though, you're in. And she's the best. the dogs are not caged, but sit on special dog beds. Our boy doesn't hesitate to go in now, which is AMAZING.
They are friendly and prompt. Thank you Yuko!!!

The customer service and grooming is the very best in San Diego.I have my dogs and
my client's dogs(I"m a pet sitter) groomed by Yuko and her
super qualified staff on a regular basis.
My clients are very particular and would not
have their dogs groomed any where else.

very bad customer services!When I called, the person on the phone was so rude, I thought to myself, "I hope this isn't the owner, otherwise I would think she would be mad at how this person is talking to customers." Horrible customer service, and rude beyond words!!
