Had a friend in town that wanted Thai for dinner- I found Yum Yum on this site and choose it based on the reviews. I had the pad thai with shrimp and coconut soup. They accomodated my request to substitute tofu for the chicken in the soup. The pad thai was one of the best two I've tried at the many Thai restaurants I've been to. My friend enjoyed her pad thai with chicken as well. The only negative was a slow wait time to order, but otherwise the service was fine. I never would have considered this place given the appearance of the shopping center- so thanks previous Kudzu reviewers!

Don't let the location of this place fool you - it is great Thai food. I ordered a tofu appetizer and had veggie pad thai - excellent. Definitely above average and the service was great. Our server was very attentive and eager to please. I am looking forward to returning.

We love Yum Yum Thai. The food is great, the service is phenomenal (like nothing you've ever seen) and you'll never walk away thinking you paid too much. You just get a great meal at a reasonable price and are well taken care of (that is if you eat in).

I can't rave enough about Yum Yum. It's not fancy, but rather good down-home Thai cooking. Flawless service, great prices. It's just a joy to be there. Must-haves are any of the curries (the green curry and the three flavor sauce are particularly luscious) and the spring rolls, but I've never ordered anything I didn't like.

Although it is not too much to look at from outside, this is one of our favorite places to eat. Inexpensive compared to other Thai places in town, but the food is outstanding - I have never been disappointed - highly recommend the Panang Chicken.

My husband and I have never been less than thrilled with their food. The fried rice, satay, spring rolls, and woonsen are especially good (I haven't tried the curry, but it looks great, too). The servers are really sweet and actually remember you when you come back-- they even remember what our favorite dishes are! The restaurant itself is really cozy and inviting once you're inside.

The complete package. Service, food, and price. The green curry and masaman curry are office favorites. Creative loafing rates them very highly as well as many others. Check it out.
