Low Price Means Low Class!! You walk in and think you are going to get a good massage but then surprise!!! Gloria's personality stunk!! The therapist are nice, but they get you on a table with stinking sheets, blankets and head rest with a pillowcase on it. I wonder if they even change them in between customers. There was makeup on my blanket. The relaxing music starts skipping so the therapist has to change CD's and stop the massage. Kind of breaks the mood. They advertise 1 hour at $39.95 but you only get 50 minutes. False advertising and you get what you pay for. Cheap price means cheap massage!

They miss booked our Valentines Day couples massage TWICE, the manager Gloria was rude and asked us what we wanted HER to do about it. She said that she would have the owner call us back and well she never did. My husband had to call 5 times over two weeks and still never got a call back or even an apology from the owner or manager. The only compensation we got was 20.00 off our massage and free aroma theripy which was the same special they were running for the weekend we originally booked. All we wanted was a simple apology. Dont waste your time or money for a business with such little respect for their customers.

I moved to the Austell area recently and I cannot believe the high quality massage and customer service I received at Zen Massage Center! First of all, the price of only $39.95 for a full hour massage with no membership fees lured me in, but then the tranquil environment and excellent customer service made it all worth while. And if you do decide to go ask for Charles. Charles did my massage and he is awesome! The decor was pleasant and tastefully done. The spa smelled heavenly and was extremely clean and comfortable. I will be going back every week!

When managers and therapists argue right before you get your massage- it definitely makes for an unpleasant experience. Not sure if it was the manager or someone below her (older woman/long dreadlocks), but her and a therapist were just going back and forth. Therapist had a horrific attitude... not sure what happened before I got there, but I ended up canceling after arriving, because it just wasn't a pleasant atmosphere. Never again!
