I enjoyed my massage given by Brandon and Samyra. They are the BEST!However, my massage given by Katrecia was not so good. She never applied any pressure. It felt as if i was being rubbed down in oil and thats about it. My husband however, he stated Maggie was GREAT! Just find the right person for you.

I bought an hour Swedish massage gift certificate online with added aromatherapy and reflexology. I paid around $70 dollars which I thought at the time was a great deal. A couple of days before the certificate expired I drove to the spa to schedule an appointment because when I called earlier that day they told me that Denise(the most qualified masseuse) no longer worked there. After looking over the notebook containing the masseuses' profiles, I chose Marjorie due to her specializations in Swedish massage and reflexology. My mother showed up for her appointment only to find out that Marjorie would not be her masseuse because one of Marjorie's "regular customers" walked in and replaced my mother's appointment. So, a different masseuse named Katrina informed my mother that instead, she would be her masseuse. The aromatherapy was a bottle of fragrance that was sprayed around the room. The fragrance was not essential oil(which one would believe it to be considering it's supposed to be aromatherapy) but actually an overpowering artificial scent. On top of screwing up the scheduling, Katrina decided to give my mother a deep tissue massage instead of the Swedish massage that I payed for and scheduled. In fact my mother was not even informed that they had decided to give her a deep tissue massage instead...so now she's sore to say the least, and a little taken back by how incredibly unprofessional the experience was. Do not go to this spa if you expect to get what you pay for.

Oops! We goofed! In trying to accommodate clients' wishes, balance the right therapist and customize the massage to the client, we erred and did not see the entire screen requesting a particular therapist. It is always our desire to satisfy the client and ensure the experience is a great one. We apologized to the client and will be addressing her request. Moving forward, we will be more attentive to any special requests and have notified our therapists to be very careful in their treatment protocols.
We thank our clients for believing in us and helping us continue to improve on our services. This kind of feedback is not what we like to hear, but it helps us to identify our areas needing attention and improvement.
Love Connie! She goes above and beyond for her customers and has consistently given me a wonderful massage every time! I've tried several of the therapists and each has their own personal style, but I'm glad to find a therapist that fits me. Nice place and good people.

I usually go to the one on butner but wanted to try Fayetteville....the room was cold and the bed.... The massage was good but the atmosphere at butner was a lot better.... This happened over a year ago so hopefully they got it together...

We are late on responding but want you to know our operations have continued to work to get better. Our franchise continues to move us towards superior customer service. Please give us another chance to prove us a business worthy of your time.
I went in to get a massage. I was a little uncomfortable with having a man massage me but OMG, Eric is the best. He made me feel comfortable, he was totally professional, and That was the best massage I ever had. Eric definitely has a new loyal client. For the price why go anywhere else.

I've had a lot of massages and the folks at Zen Massage are as good as those at the most expensive spa. Tony is great, but Denise is the best! She can actually "fix" achy trouble spots you've had for months! The massage beds are always heated, and the ambiance is nice. You don't have to pay more for an excellent massage!

I used the $5.00 off coupon in the local magazine and got a massage for $34.95. I have nothing positive to say except the facility was clean. I've had better neck massages from my 7 year old daughter.

Spend a little more money and go to a spa that knows how to treat customers. There were no heated foot and neck wraps when I was at the Fayetteville location and the massage bed was cold. Maybe they give special perks to different customers. The massage was minimal, at best.

I would (and do) recommend Zen to any and everyone. You don't have to pay an arm and a leg to receive great service in a great atmosphere and this place proves that. The welcoming staff and calming décor added to the serenity of the overall experience. It seems trivial to praise a company for performing with professionalism - after all, that's what is expected. However, the Zen staff went above and beyond to make sure I understood, properly selected, and was pleased with the services they offer. I was new to this whole thing and was pretty shocked by the effort that was taken to ensure my comfort. Everything from the heated neck and foot wraps to the heated back pad (before the massage), heated bed, and heated oils used worked well to achieve the level of relaxation I needed. I was excited to find out about what the therapist called a "treatment plan" that I could continue on in order to help deal with the muscle issues that lead me to Zen in the first place. The best part about it, though, is that the series of therapeutic massages are affordable for me. Not only will I be back, but I'll be bringing my mom, dad, sisters, brother, friends, and who ever else I can think of. Lol, don't be surprised if you get a Zen Gift Card from me - (yes, they have those too)

Don't waste your money on a massage here. I have always felt relaxed after getting massages but I left Zen in pain and am still in pain 4 days later. The massage therapist (and I use that term loosely) had rough hands which seemed like sandpaper on my skin. I knew that I was going in for a budget massage and found that the surroundings were nice enough even though the massage beds are not heated and they don't use enough pillows to support your body. However, it is the poor quality of the massage that forced me to leave a negative review. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.
