Zerodraft's website provided excellent information about how to improve energy efficiency in the home, and Scott Mitchell was willing to answer all of the questions I sent to him by email before he came to do an estimate. Scott's estimate for blown insulation in the attic and foam-sealing the ductwork was 20% less than another company. Scott responded to emails and phone calls promptly. When I made the decision to have the work done, Scott was able to schedule it so that it was completed within 3 weeks. He is definitely committed to customer satisfaction. This company can definitely improve energy efficiency in the home.

Excellent servive. Scott performed the energy audit with the draft test, giving a good overall picture. Offered several scenarios to solve our problems, and completed the work on time and in a most efficient manner.

Scott Mitchell and his team blew two additional levels of insulation into our main attic and the smaller attic above the two car garage. In a nutshell they were professional from start to finish and I hope to recoup this cost in less than two years through lower heat and air conditioning bills. As someone once stated "you get what you pay for" is certainly the case when dealing with Zerodraft. Scott you guys are the best.

I had to call twice to schedule an estimate and it was worth it. Scott arrived on time. He presented a written proposal and explained the different products. The work was done when scheduled and the workmen were very polite. Scott return to my home whle the workmen were present and inspected the job. My den is definately warmer.

I recently contacted Zerodraft of Atlanta to solve high temperatures in the upstairs of my house. I am very satisfied with their service and the results I have notice in my house temperatures. I decided to go with the radiant barrier in my attice and additional insulation. Zerodraft was on time for the appointment, recommended only the service I needed, completed their service exactly on time, followed up with me months after my service to make sure I was satisfied, and actually made an additonal trip back to my house to ensure my satisfaction. I recommend Zerodraft to all my friends and neighbors.

When one contracts with Zerodraft of Atlanta, they do a complete analysis of how well your house is sealed. They take measurements of your house as a whole and, then, throughout your house at specific locations. Then, they analyze the data and suggest ways to improve air leaks in the house as well as the HVAC. They will also add insulation to currently recommended standards. Since they serviced our home, it has been more comfortable throughout, and the HVAC is more efficient. We are glad we found Zerodraft.

Last year, 2005, it was so cold in my house you needed a coat on to cook dinner. The drafts were so bad you could watch the candle flames dance from the middle of a room with closed windows when the furnace wasn't blowing. Zerodraft came just at the end of winter. Now it's warm, the heat's on 72, it's shirtsleeve comfortable on both floors and the candle flames don't dance anymore.

We contacted ZeroDraft when we were looking for a variety of improvements to our insulation. We needed advise, recommendations and someone who would give us a fair evaluation. Scott Mitchell and his team met all of our requirements. They were punctual, easy to work with, knowledgable and dependable. The price was competitive and the final result was better than we expected. A quality job. We will use ZeroDraft again when the need arises and suggest you do the same. Be sure to put ZeroDraft on your list of companies to call - you won't be disappointed.

ZeroDraft surveyed our homeand did work to improve the effeciency of our home energy usage. The work was done in a neat, timely manner. The workmen were polite and neat while working in our home. I would recommend ZeroDraft of Atlanta again and we have noticed a difference in the energy used to operate our home. We have a large home and our A/C bill was reduced by almost $100 the first month after the work was completed. I would highly recommend this company and their service to a friend.

My wife and I bought an older house with way too little insulation in the attic. Zerodraft gave us a very competitive bid that included not only the blow-in insulation but also sealing of the chases with fire-resistant insulation board. When one of the workers couldn't make it at the last minute, Scott Mitchell, the company owner, came out personally to help his team complete the job on schedule. They worked quickly, were extremely professional, and took care to keep our home clean. We highly recommend them.

Earlier this year I saw the Clark Howard segment on WSBTV about upgrading your home to lower energy bills. Zerodraft was one of the companies they reported on that did the work in Clark's house. I figured if they helped him with his home then they've got to be good! I contacted Zerodraft in May to have my house checked out. The owner Scott reviewed my home and came up with a plan to improve several big issues. My home was built in 1963 and is uncomfortable most of the winter and summer months. We usually have huge energy bills ranging from $400-$600. We also have a scary crawlspace and the house usually feels damp / musty in the summer months. Zerodraft focused on the top & bottom of our home by sealing the attic and installing R49 insulation. They also installed a heavy liner vapor barrier over the dirt in the crawlspace and added insulation to the floor. I think the biggest improvement probably came from sealing the ductwork. Scott showed me huge holes in the ducts that were blowing air into my attic and crawlspace. The total cost for all the work was not cheap- around $4000 but the improvements have been dramatic. For the first time in 4 years I'm not running the a/c 24 hrs a day in August. The house feels better and I'm saving a lot of cash on the bills. We figure with the reduction in energy bills the work will pay for itself in 3 years. Since we're not planning on moving anytime soon, it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend Zerodraft!!

We live in a 15 year-old house that was as energy-inefficient as they come, with huge utility bills to heat and cool. Scott and his crew finished their work 4 days ago and despite overnight lows in the upper 30's/low 40's, our home has stayed in the low 70's around the clock AND OUR FURNACE HAS NOT TURNED ON A SINGLE TIME! Scott knows his business, and his team does great work. I strongly recommend ZeroDraft to anyone who is tired of writing big checks to the utilitly companies.

Hello, My name is Scott Mitchell. I'm the owner of Zerodraft Atlanta. I just wanted to take a moment to respond to the bad review posted below. Due to the increase in gas bills recently we have been extremely busy helping customers improve the efficiency of their homes. I do not know for sure whether we missed an appointment as AtlantaRob states...it's quite possible we made an error in scheduling. What I DON'T believe is that after missing the appointment we did not return the customer's calls or emails. Its not possible for me to contact this customer through Kudzu so my only option is this rebuttal. Customer service is of the highest priority to me and my employees. So I encourage anyone who may have any type of problem with our service...call our office at 770-992-7330, explain the issue and ask to be connected directly to my cell phone. I will make sure I help you in any way that I can. Thank you and we look forward to helping you make your home more comfortable and efficent.
