Never Again
I was charged for DOUBLE what I was quoted over the phone. Additional treatments were "necessary" at $60/room. Next day, pet smell was back. Take your business elsewhere.

Better than the competition!
Zerorez was prompt, thorough and did a great job. Their equipment was good and the carpet was clean and dried quickly. My last experience with another company was a disaster: poor equipment, carpets were soaking wet when they left and needed cleaning again in just a few weeks. Zerorez gets my vote and I'll call them again and again.
