I have to agree with previous poster. This place is going down hill FAST! I don't know what went on here because it used to be good, but is just not the same. I do not think a single person here knew what they were doing. We even witnessed a server getting berated to the point of tears by (I guess?) someone ""in charge"". I personally will not waste my time or money here any longer.

The food here actually is pretty decent. Don't expect gourmet Italian dishes, and you won't be disappointed. However, it's way over-priced, the wait staff was hired for how they look in tight t-shirts [pretty good, but], and if you're looking for a seedy bar and maybe a fight, Zia's is the place to be at 1:30AM! Really a shame, because this place could be so much more, but the rep is going downhill....

A friend and I were on an antique buying spree in Denver, we ask the local for a good place to grab lunch, most said ""Zia Maria's"". All I have to say is WOW, the food is incredible and the service impecable!! We were impressed by this place so much that we went back for dinner. Next year and subsequent years after, on our return, there is NO doubt where we will be eating!! This is a ""MUST EAT AT"" restaurant!!!

This place used to be so much fun! My boyfriend and I want in last weekend, and it seems totally changed - and NOT for the best. It seems there are a lot of new employees and the one guy who seems to be ""in charge"" was outwardly rude to us. We will not be back. It is a shame.

NICE ATMOSPHERE. GOOD FOOD AT A REASONABLE PRICE. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT SOME WEEKENDS.
