From planning, designing, and building an "affordable" 4,000 sq ft custom home, we can attest, Zimmerman is probably the best quality builder in all of Adams County.

During every aspect of the building process, Lee, Rick, and Gary aimed to please the customer and scheduled/completed work on time.

Although we are not planning to move again, we would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone from first-time home buyers to the pickiest of customers

From day one working with Lee Martin on the design of our addtion (three car garage with in-laws quarters loft above) was a joy. He helped us to complete our dream of having a home for my parents with privacy for all. Their project manager was on site to help with any decisions or changes that needed to be made. Throughout construction our home and new addtion was kept clean and organized. Completion of the project was on time and on budget. Our house looks beautiful, my family is happy and we have them to thank for everything. Whatever your building I highly recommend their services.
