I have used numerous plumbers over the 10 years we have lived in our current home and have now found one I will call again for any plumbing need, Zippy Plumber. I was recommended to Zippy by a neighbor and originally called and spoke to Matt, the owner, and felt immediately this is a professional organization. I set up the job (replace pressure relief job) and Robert arrived early to complete the work. He was very professional, & took the time to explain what he was going to do, the function the valve performed, and why it is important to monitor water pressure into the home going forward (high water pressure can damage faucet/shower heads, hot water heaters, etc). I followed up with on-line research and everything he said was consistent with the information provided on line. Zippy Plumbers is not a huge company, with a major marketing budget, but I couldn't have been more pleased. I would highly recommend Zippy Plumber!

At 10:30pm on a Saturday night, we discovered a leak in our basement. After some initial inspection, we discovered the water was coming from a hot water line running up to a second floor bathroom. Our assumption was a leak. We turned off the hot water line from the hot water heater, bled the line and placed a bucket to catch the water before starting to look for a plumber. After reading the reviews on Zippy, I called and got Robert on the line. He was courteous despite the late hour and offered to come out right then despite being on the job since very early in the AM. I told him we had it under control for the time being and could wait until morning. By the morning, things had dried out and with a house-full of company, I hadn't gotten around to calling Robert... so he called me! I appreciated the proactive approach and told him to come on out to take a look. He gave an accurate ETA and arrived about an hour later and got straight to work looking for the problem. He listened, did some initial exploration and quickly identified the issue. It turned out, we didn't have a leak at all! Our guests had inadvertently gotten water on the floor during a shower that found its way through the floor and down along the pipe line to the basement. When I asked Robert if they accepted credit, he quickly stated there was no charge for the assessment! I was floored! A plumber on a Sunday morning at no charge? Unheard of! Thank you for the prompt, courteous service! We will call again.

I found my go-to plumber. Called because of the good reviews here and Robert came out to locate and fix a leak from the main water line. He explained my options and the best way to solve the problem and got it done even though it went well into the evening. The whole team is very professional and personable. A few weeks later, I had Robert replace my water heater. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and the pricing was very competitive.

Talk about a good company built on ideals of integrity. Robert was a very honest and trustworthy technician. I wanted to move my gas stove to the other side of my kitchen. He took his time in assessing the hows and wheres. I was impressed at the extraordinary price he gave. The work took a day but it was amazing how well and how organized he was when the job was complete. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. My sump pump was burned out. . Robert was a simple tech with great experience and raw talent. He was very well mannered and very skilled. He arrived on time and was prepared. I highly recommend to everyone!
We needed a plumber to come out and repair another plumbing company's work which failed recently. Matt from Zippy Plumber came out on a SUNDAY and showed me that the work had not been done properly by the other plumber, and fixed the problem correctly in a short period of time. Way to go Matt and Zippy Plumber!!!!
After calling 3 other companies with no returned calls or can't do it attitude, I finally found Zippy Plumber! The scheduler was courteous. They showed up on time. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. This was to problem was a fix of a previous repair done 8 months ago by another company!!
The staff at Zippy Plumber were friendly, professional, and prompt. Robert showed me what needed to be replaced/repaired on our septic tank and explained why. When they were finished they showed me what they did. i was very pleased that they took the time to cut the grass out in blocks and replaced them so not to damage the lawn. I would highly recommend this company and have given their phone number to neighbors
We had Zippy Plumbing come out and pump our tank. They started digging and water came up. The company that pumped it before just pumped the water and not solids! Matt from Zippy Plumber told me everything that had happened. He gave details of what him and the other guy were doing. They had to pump more than they were supposed to and put a new drain on the tank. There were no hidden charges it was what he said it would be. They were very friendly, nice and professional. I cant say enough about this company. He answered the phone and was the nicest person. I want to say thank you. We will use them again and I have text everyone I know with a septic tank your number. Thank you again for being so honest!!!
