Zone Home Solutions

I have been very satisfied until recently. I have an insect issue that has yet to be resolved, and the response has been that they will find a solution. When I contacted them recently via email regarding this ongoing problem, they never replied. I have been a satisfied customer for many years, but I am going to have to switch companies because Zone can't or won't deal with this issue.

We unfortunately learned we had some squirrels residing in our attic and after careful consideration chose Zone Pest solutions to solve our problem. Top notch organization to work with and Chris Coldiron provided exceptional customer service. Chris was very nice, responsive and answered all our questions through the process! I am happy to say our problem is resolved! We would definitely use Zone again and recommend to anyone!

We manage alot of properties in Atlanta.I called Zone over two years ago with what I thought were termites in one of our houses. They came out and told me that they were actually ants with wings. No charge. They went ahead and gave me a bid for preventative treatment. I decided to wait because money was tight. Last month, I really got flying termites. I called Zone back and they actually honored the very old quote. The treatment went great. Very happy with them!

Ben Rivera who came to my home for the initial inspection was professional, courteous, informative, and forthright. The service technicians that came to apply the service were the opposite, They were curt, and seemed in a hurry. They did not explain what they would be doing and were very short in responding to my questions. When they were finished applying the chemical they did not volunteer to show me what they had done. They did not clean up or tidy after their work. They left mulch, stones and pieces of brick strewn on the grass and walkway. After they left I spend about 30 minuted removing those stones and bricks and leveling them around the house, leveling uprooted sod, blowing mulch from the lawn and driveway, leveling mulch, and blowing away the concrete dust from they drilling.

We recently had to have a driveway repair and some masonry work done--brick pavers and flagstone. Glen was a pleasure to work with--very conscientious and knowledgeable. And Miguel and his crew are not only artisans, but very respectful, thorough and detailed. HIGHLY recommended!
