We called Jason to repair a leak next to the fireplace. It took a month, but he finally sent a crew, though it was raining and during Christmas. We discovered after the repair that instead of removing the vinyl end trim on the fireplace corners, they tried to move the trim out of the way. This twisted and shattered the pieces. When we called Jason, he said he would take care of it, but nothing happened. We called again and nothing happened. This process repeated for 6+ months. It got to the point that he wouldn't answer calls from my husband's cell, so my husband had to call him from different phones. After one of these calls, he said he'd send someone to repair it, but they never showed. He then said he would pay for the repairs. When we submitted the bill, he refused to pay. His business may be in Tucker, but he is primarily in Alabama.

yes we did do a chimney repair for you , which per our last conversation was not leaking , we did not tear up any siding so I was surprised by the phone call several months after the repair was done asking for damages to be paid which coincidentally was about the same dollar amount as the initial repair . While I travel a good bit on commercial jobs , the company is located in Tucker ,ga and is fully staffed .
I contacted Jason after receiving clearance from my insurance company to get the roof replaced. I have known Jason through my Son in law, He promptly provided an estimate which was significantly better than a local roofer provided. His head roofer came to Warner Robins from Tucker on a Sunday to provide emergency repairs. I had some issues with funding and Jason worked with me to aid in the process. The job was completed in a day and the cleanup left the area better than they found it. I highly recommend Affordable Roofing.

Overall, my experience was very good. Affordable was just that - the best price for replacing roof and gutters of 3 estimates. Their work was quick and they cleaned up afterwards very well. My only beef is that when our roof developed a small leak it took a couple of calls to get someone out to fix it. But they did fix the leak.

Brad came out to do the estimate and I communicated with Jason a few times before the work began. They had 4 roofers here to start the job then 10 minutes after starting two of the roofers went to finish another job. The two less experienced roofers were tearing off the roof and did not have plywood to replace the rotten areas. They wanted to put felt over the rotten areas and would have if I had not forced them to replace them per the contract. The workers did not speak english and Brad waited several hours to return my phone call. The more experienced roofer showed up in the early afternoon and they had too much roof torn off to get it done before the rain storm came in. They threw the shingles on the tarp so did not have enough tarp when the storm came. What tarp they had was covered with holes. Water entered the house and did $8600 in restoration and damages. Jason came to the house and badgered me (the customer) after this occurred. Had to call ServePro to dry the house out. He refused to disclose insurance carrier after this occurred. They did not cover deck with tarp and it required pressure washing, cleaning and sanding afterwards. They did not cover one of the AC units until asked. They cleaned tar off siding with none other than gasoline. They did not connect the attic fan. Jason is very unprofessional. As of almost one month later, I still have not recieved a check for interior rebuild work and the house is a mess

This is the second roof Jason has done for us. We were pleased with the first roof, but a hail storm wipe it out. He came promptly, meet with our insurance adjuster and install our new roof within a week and a half. I would have been sooner, but the insurance company took up most of that time. We love the architectural roof we chose. His men cam promptly and they were done with in one day and 2 hours. Jason is pleasant knowledgeable, and uses good brand name material with good labor. He done many roofs on our block since because of the look of our home.

We are currently in the process of getting estimates for new roof/gutters and I was so impressed with Affordable Roofing's response to our phone call. Jason (owner) responded readily and came out within a few days to give an estimate. He was kind enough to come out at a time when we were off work which was convenient for us. He was very friendly, provided good information, and even referred us to other professionals whom he recommended for other repairs we need to have done. We are still in the process of obtaining estimates from a few other businesses but felt as though his estimate was very reasonable. The likelihood of us choosing this company is great at this point!

Update: After about 2 years we called Affordable for gutters and they did a good job. The gutters look very nice and they cleaned up after themselves each day. I continue to recommend them! Brad stopped by our house when one of our neighbors hired them to fix hail damage on their roof. He told me that hail damage on one house often indicates damage to other houses in the area. Sure enough he found damage. I called our insurance agent and they confirmed the damage. The quote I received from Affordable was about 20% less than the other quote and the materials (underlayment) was slightly better. They did a good job - quick and timely. When they pulled off the roofing material they found water seepage into the plywood under the shingles and showed it to me. We were lucky we weren't having leaks in our house! I'm really glad Brad stopped. The only issue I had was finding nails in the yard. When I called them about that Brad came out the next day with a magnet and ran it over the entire yard to pick up any stray nails. Good job and great price!
