Been a resident of greater ATL for 28 years and had many great years with BellSouth. With at&t taken over, customer service has gone to pot. Moved mile away within the SAME subdivision, and one rep said I could no longer have DSL while another said we could. Callbacks promised; none made. After weeks of not knowing our ISP options, they said I could not have DSL but would "bundle" my phone with Hughesnet internet service at $105 monthly- yet at&t could answer NO questions about Hughesnet. Every question I made put me on hold; had to find out on my own that it was at times as slow as dial-up and customer service had nothing but BAD reviews. Going with Comcast. Good riddance at&t.
