We had a completely different experience than the other review. This contractor was great and we've recommended him to our friends and neighbors. He insulated our attic and cleaned out our crawl space at the cost and in the time frame he had quoted. We'll definitely use him next time we need any work done.

This man is a homeowner's nightmare. His presentation and the reality of his work was night and day. We tried to get justice through credit card, however he lied and Capital One was not an upright, stand by the cardholder type company. Cost us $1500, we had to keep credit intact, booted Cap 1 as well, what a laugh they are compared to GE Capital. Before you use this man contact us, seeing is believing, before and after photos, what he promised in writing and referral photos.

This customer is the contractor's nightmare! In the review, it was not stated that the contractor went back four times and spent many hours "redoing" things for the customer, in the name of customer service. The work was reviewed by the actual holder of the card, not the reviewer, and was said to be satisfactory and what was contracted for. The contractor then leaves believing all is done and the customer satisfies. The customer later, without any notice to the contractor reverses the credit card charge. However, the credit card company, upon review of the issue from both sides, decides that the charge back is uncalled for: this being done in spite of the fact that any further monetary gain for the credit card issuer lies with the customer not the contractor. I believe a lot is said by that action. What this person wanted was well beyond the scope of what was contracted for, agreed to and priced. Many trips to the site and many added hours invested attempting to satisfy this person have proved fruitless.
