First of all, let me start out as saying that I love their food. My family and I eat here at least 2x per month. With this said, the issue is not the quality of the food but rather the lack of attention to detail on service. We usually call in for takeout and this is the problem. I have received the wrong order at least 5x in the last 2 months. I need to get the staff to take the food out of the bag and show me. This is painful as two weeks ago I asked for a pull chicken sandwich and I made sure that I had a sandwich in the bag. I get home...and pork sandwich. really... I would say this is just an abnormally but it is happening way too much. We have had similar issues when we go in. We went in with 3 families and put our name in. The hostess told us 30 - 40 minutes. I went up to see how much longer because of the hostess sitting parties of 2 at tables. While this doesn't seem like an issue when writing, the hostess could have moved the three tables together and sat us. But she chose to make us wait over an hour. Get good help for service and If they can get their service staff under control, this place would be awesome and worthy of 5 stars.

If you are looking for tasty, smokey, real BBQ flavor this is not the place. The ribs tasted like they were made the night before and heated up. They were seasoned with something but it almost seemed like the seasoning was covering up the day old meat. It really was the worst BBQ tasting ribs I've had in Georgia. Wasted some good money

This is definitely not your hole in the wall BBQ shack. But that's okay. The side dishes is seasonally fresh. The meats are smoked good, and the sauce is great. I will be back soon.

First of all, it is never a good sign when it takes 15 minutes to get your ribs in an empty restaurant. My ribs tasted like they had been boiled or baked then put on a grill. They had no sign of smoke and no taste either. The sides are good here and the brisket and pulled pork were above average, but if you are into smokey, tender, spice rubbed ribs, you might want to go elsewhere.

'Cue is amazing! This is now the only restaurant we think to go to anymore! The homemade bread, pulled pork, and two types of BBQ sauce are to die for! It is country in all the right places and cool in all the others! You can't go wrong at 'Cue!

I love all of the bbque we've had there. I've been at least 5 times and never had a bad meal. Adding sides can get a little pricey so we share with the kids and it all turns out the same. The kids LOVE this place and ask to go at least once per week. If you like bbque go here and don't expect the typical!
