This place is incompetent on all levels. Terrible ER - the system is definitely broken. My critically ill sister didn't get her meds for more than 36 hours (I had to get them from her house and bring them to her) - understaffed and poor level of care. Do not go! Boswell is slightly better - Thunderbird much better and St. Joe's the best!

My mother was there numerous times. They are just average, overall and you need to watch everyone or they will not coordinate care. They were short on physical therapy staff and my mother was not moved enough and developed bed sores on feet and back. They improperly moved her with a broken arm causing pain. The doctors on call are hard to contact and often do not return calls. The nursing staff were generally pleasant and seemed to usually be competent. This hospital gets high ratings by the government, but it must be on their paperwork, not on what actually happens. since Banner bought them, I am told that they are trying to improve.

I went to the emergency room because I had blurred vision and was four months pregnant. The nurse was great however the doctor was horrible. He said I psychologically made up in my head, left and was working hard flirting with a nurse- from reg doc-was hypoglycemic not crazy

in 06 I was pregnant with my 1st child and while in labor DR. BRAR and other nurses there made me feel as though my baby would be a still born. kept bringing all this medical equipment in my room and was ignoring our questions, terrible exp. now i'm on my second child, thought i would have a better exp and the ob/gyn staff is HORRIBLE. I was barely 10min late to an appt. and they turned me away, not even checking on my baby even though i was in the waiting area for 15mins.

I'm limited to 250 words with this review so I will keep it short, although my entire feeling regarding this hospital couldn't be summed up in four times that many words. My wife was admitted to this hospital a few weeks ago, treatment was incorrect and she was prematurely released. Within 24 hours she was back in the hospital, Thunderbird this time since I'd NEVER go back to Del Webb...they treated her properly and thankfully she is fine, but Del Webb put my wife's health in serious jeopardy and I would NOT reccomend them to anyone.
