We purchased an entire Talkswitch system and the TS-600 phones for our office, and had everything installed by eChange. These are their "top of the line" phones. We experienced problems with the phones disconnecting people randomly with 4 of the phones. It took 3 months of constantly calling and emailing eChange to get them to even provide us with troubleshooting ideas. After those failed, they would not come and check the phones. WE had to bring one phone at a time to them. They said they were unable to find the source of the problem and basically for us to contact the manufacture regarding our problems. This is possibly the worst technology company we've ever worked with. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else!
